The shoes are wonderful, the shopping experience was great. I am going to exchange my shoes for a different size. I think I will be more comfortable with a wide shoe.
I had to return the shoes, did not fit properly. However I will consider ordering again but a different style.
I just hope that if there is an issue the return/exchange will be just as easy, as this is a gift for Fathers day.
Glad I found the flip flops I was looking for. I have worn out one pair and needed to replace them, but didn't want to go out shopping.
When I received the two pair I ordered one pair fit very well, the other pair is loose across the top of my feet. I can wear them, but they flop more than I like.

I had to return the shoes because they were a little bit too big. The sandals hurt my feet but I have already worn them and I don't believe you have 1/2 sizes in those.

I love the slippers, replacements for the exact same pair i've had for several years. I wore the old ones out, and was delighted to find them still available. They are wonderful.

The customer service at Orthotics Shop is superb! My only complaint is availability of product in all sizes and colors; I frequently have to check back weekly to find the items I'd like to order in the desired size or color.

Loved finding an Orthaheel/Vionic platform sandal... just what I was looking for! I ordered Medium width and - unfortunately - it was too loose. The straps did not keep my foot in place on the sandal bed. Sad to say that I had to return them.
I have worn a pair of shoes for 3 years that are almost the same as ordered. They are the best shoes I have ever worn.
I was pleasantly surprised to be able to charge this to my amazon account. Being able to charge this to my amazon account made it extremely easy to purchase and made it extremely easy to shop and pay for the product. I was so happy to be able to purchase my favorite flip flop from vionic. Hadn't worn my favorite flip flop for a while so now that i have my orthoheel flip flop again, my feet are really "happy". They are as comfortable as i remember them to be and the fit is perfect, length and width. I purchased the medium width. My feet are not slim, nor wide, so the medium width is perfect.
I found what I was looking for right away, I thought the price was right, and I was offered a 10 percent off coupon code as well!

Got what I ordered.
It's hard to find a nice looking 13 4E shoe for my husband who has to put in orthotics as well. I was expecting some paper work for our insurance Medicare. What was my misunderstanding about documentation
