Discount coupons don't work. PayPal put hold on transaction so had to re-register and hassle with the credit card. 30 minutes for a 5-minute order. Just not acceptable. Overall, got products on time and was pleased with that after order was entered.
The slippers I ordered were not as supportive as I was hoping. Not worth the price I paid so I returned them.
Quick & easy just what I like
I've never had orthotic sandals. Everything depends on how these work for me.
After several days of wearing my right foot became very sore at the base of my toes between the thong space and toes 2 & 3. I had a red mark where the thong abraded the left side of top of the second toe. I haven't worn them since. The skin is still healing. I'm not sure how much I'll wear them in the future. I had plantar fasciitis last year and was hoping to avoid it this year. I wore sandals (non-orthotic) almost exclusively indoors during the winter.
I am very appreciative for the quality of the products presented. There is a good range of sizes and types of products carried. This is going to be one of my top go-to sites when shopping online. What a find!

I gave this as a gift to my mom and she loved them. I ordered them the week of her birthday and they came in plenty of time.
I ordered 2 pair of Heidi shoes so I wouldn't have to wait if one size didn't fit, and that was a good idea. The 8.5 fit great, although the strap does not have enough holes in it to keep it tight around my ankle, and the 8 was a little too short, so I am keeping the 8.5. These are really classy shoes in a nice material. Am hoping to get another hole put in the straps so they are not loose, but otherwise, these are the sophisticated black shoes I have been looking for, for about a year. Glad that I found them on the Orthotics shop website!

I have worn the Vionic shoes ordered, as well as the extra pair of orthotics. They are the best for my arches and legs. Vionics are the best.
