Update: For the first time in 20 years my son-in-law was not only able to wear a pair of slippers without pain but they actually made his feet feel good. He has never been able to wear a pair of summer sandals without suffering afterwards; when he tried on the sandals I bought him his grin was ear to ear...no pain.

The slippers I ordered (for comfort when suffering from plantar fasciitis) were just as described, very comfortable and with good support. They arrived on time. Outstanding customer experience.

I received my order before Christmas so I was happy with that but half of my order was wrong. I ordered black slippers (which the ticket reads) but I received pink ones instead. So now I have to send my mom's gift back and I HATE having to return stuff!
