I love my slippers! I would order again! I may look at your other products! The only issue I had was with the shipping. I'm not sure if they were closed the week between Christmas and New Years but I thought the shipping was two day priority and I ordered on December 26th and received my order on January 3rd. I'm not sure if this was a USPS issue or not. Would have just liked to have known it was going to take extra time to get out! I was so excited to receive the slippers and kept checking for them!

My daughter loves the slippers but we expected them to contain orthotics in the heels and they didn't. The name of your company led me to believe that there would be good foot & heel support - however that is not the case.
If price is lower, I will buy many more for myself and family

It's so difficult buying shoes online. I purchased these slippers because they have an arch support. However, I wasn't aware that the combination of material and size would mean that I could barely get my foot into them. I'm thinking about trading for a larger size, but don't want to spend the next 2-3 months trying to get a good fit. I will either return them or exchange. This will be my first experience with Orthotic Shop.
