I'm always pleased with this company and it customer service.

Easy to find what I was looking for when filters were set in place.

Very easy to find my size. However, after checking the contents I found that these boots were made in China. They do not fit me.

Excellent company

Vionic shoes are what my pediatrist recommends, but they are hard to find in the stores. Orthotic Shop has a great selection and sales on them. I normally order a size 8.5 in a sandal so I ordered a 9 in the loafer. It was too short so had to return them. The return procedure was quick and easy.

As I have wide feet, it is very difficult to find boots that #1 I like but most importantly fit without my feet feeling like they are squised in. This is day 3 I have worn my new boots and so far am very pleased. I will be back again!
