Other than the extreme amount of time my last order took to arrive (over a month), I love the shoes. My second order also did not arrive when promised and I got nothing in response but excuses and no way to track my order. I ordered it Jan 6 and it arrived Jan 23. Certainly not the 5 business days it says on their website for international orders. I also don't consider Canada an international order.

I liked the first pair of slippers from orthaheel so much that I wanted to replace them. Very comfortable.
I purchased these shoes to wear in the house after having foot surgery. They are very comfortable and easy on and off. Orthotics.com has never disappointed me when ordering. If I don't like something I can just send it back. I think that only happened one time because I usually love it.
The only complaint is they left package on porch and i asked them to leave in office.
I have had a hard time getting a good fit. Danielle has been incredibly wonderful to work with. So patient and helpful. I finally found a good fit so just ordered two more! Thank you for the coupons, they are a big help to a retiree.

I ordered slippers for my elderly father. My father and mother were impressed with the quality of the slippers and said that they are beautiful. The size isn't right though, :( . We will need to return them and work on finding something wide enough for his high instep. We do plan to order them from Orthotic Shop. :) .

The shopping experience and shipping are great! There was some mix up about my last order because of PayPal having one of my wrong email addresses, and I had then made two orders because we couldn't find my first order. I returned the items from the first order. Not your fault! This particular order is comprised of great shoe! I loved them, but the left toe post is too long. I have to scrunch up my toes when I walk in order to keep them on. That's where the arthritis in my foot has come from after doing this for years with non-supportive sandals which is what I wear most of the year in San Antonio. I would just exchange them, but I'm afraid it would be true again. So sad. I loved these shoes.
This is my second pair of flip flops because I actually wore through the heel. You see, I wear them all the time. Summer or winter, these are my go-to shoes for comfort.
