Even during this Pandemic shopping here online has been easy, hassle free and quick shipping. I live in Hawaii and love Farmhouse fresh products however, the direct site for their products for shipping is just about the retail price of all the products, so I would have to pay double to purchase from them. The spas here that carry the product is closed due to quarantine, so I am thankful for the free shipping, the extra discount whenever a purchase is made and the incredible fast shipping to Hawaii. I truly do appreciate it! Mahalo!

I ordered 2 Sothys serums and they sent only one. I sent them a photo and asked about the rest of my order and heard nothing back. This was an expensive lesson. I recommend not ordering 2 of the same thing from this company.

I placed an order with Organicskincare.com 11 days ago. I received an order summary via email but was never given any tracking information, so I reached out to the company a few days later. They replied with an email saying they didn't even have those products in stock and they expected to receive them in a few days. Several more days went by without receiving a shipping update or arrival timeline, so I emailed them for that information. I still haven't received a reply from them. They received their payment, but they don't seem very invested in delivering quality customer service or goods. Extremely disappointing experience.

Update: The products I ordered from Organicskincare.com eventually arrived- but were spoiled. I consulted my esthetician about the symptoms experienced and she explained that the products had gone bad/ expired and were causing a reaction. It's a brand she uses in her practice daily, so she's quite familiar with their delicate, all-natural ingredients. She further explained that only licensed professionals sell that brand of products due to their sensitive nature, so buying from anyone else likely implies the seller is peddling "secondhand" products that have been deemed expired or not for resale. So much to consider with regard to Organicskincare.com...

I ordered ilike grape steam cell moisturizer ($100) from organicskincare.com because my spa no longer carries the product. Approximately a week after I ordered the product I received a strange email asking me whether I received the product and if I had not, to contact them within 48 hours. I order most everything online and I have never received an inquiry such as this. Turns out I did not receive the product and months later... still have not received the product. I have contacted them 15X and they responded twice saying they show that the product was delivered. I responded, each time letting them know it was not received and I asked what my options were. They fell off of the face of the earth...and I have not gotten any feedback. I was willing to work with this company...but their customer service is really... no service at all. A couple things that I would like to mention... 1.) This is the very first bad review that I have written EVER...I am 53 years old, and 2.) I have lived at this address for 3 plus years and I have never had a problem receiving items that I have ordered online. My advice to you would be to find another option - do not order from this company!

I ordered two items through two separate orders. For the first product, I received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. For the second order, I did not receive a tracking number. I received the first item. I did not receive the second. I contacted the seller about the second order. The seller responded by sending me the tracking information for the first order. Next, I went through PayPal for assistance. No help AT ALL. Paypal simply had me rewrite an email I already sent requesting a refund. The seller responded by editing the email I received with tracking information to fit the second order. Essentially creating a fake email with tracking information from my first order. It might have worked if I did not have the original email detailing what was in the shipped order that did not list the second item I ordered. I can't believe everything the seller did to keep my $64.

Tip for consumers:
I highly recommend emailing the seller prior to purchase to make sure the product is in stock. Then, pray they are being honest.

My package was suppose to arrive one week ago, but I still don't have it.
I have emailed and talked to Organic Skincare customer services about this issue, and they kept saying "your package was delivered. One of the staff sent it personally." So I waited so long to get into contact with USPS and found out that Organic Skincare provided wrong address. They were no help to solve this problem when I was worried about my package. I spent so much money on their website and they didn't take any actions. They are super slow in replying too. I will never shop at this website again.

I asked someone via your chat service some simple questions and no matter how many times I asked at different angles to get an ounce of clarity more between two different products, the reps answers would not budge, so vague...I then asked so do you recommend customers flip a coin between the two products. horrible experience. I am ordering something I've ordered before but I wanted to possibly order something new, one of your newer products. My order would have included what I ordered plus more. But I can't buy expensive products like this with no information given. That the rep "recommends" a product without telling why is not enough, I need substantial information that warrants decision making skills and not flipping a coin type of decision making.

I received the GM Collins Treatment Mist & the bottle said it was expired on 1/2017 & it was leaking in transition. I send a text message with a picture of the bottle but no one responded. I also received the GM Mature Night Cream as a Tester. Another one was resent & the tester was returned. I asked if I could be compensated in some way for my inconvenience but was told...I am already receiving the best possible prices. The inconvenience had nothing to do with price it was about a tester was sent GM Collins Treatment Mist was delay by 2 weeks before it shipped & when it did ship the box was wet & it leaking & it states it expired 1/2017.

It took at least 30-45 minutes to get the cart to pull up. Whenever I would click on view my cart or checkout, only the homepage would show. Seems like I got lucky when for the umpteenth time I double-clicked on view cart (initially clicked once).

I've called your company and spoke with your customer service twice that the coupon discount did not apply correctly. But she said the computer system is pre-set this way.
