Hi,
Purchased a dress. Not in stock. They give me a voucher to purchase another. The voucher code does not work. The assistant offers to help me select another. I do so. I wait. I am still waiting. No response. Basically this company will give you the run around hoping that you will give up the chase for your choice. My credit card was deducted long ago. Still no dress. Not a good experience - I do not recommend purchasing dresses through here.

Hi i purchases a dog ramp. A few weeks ago i've been trying to contact the seller but has not responded to any of my messages it won't even give me an option to cancel or get refund.
