Orange

A very good example about their respect for an old consumer: I was at The shop from Mosilor street yesterday 23.09.2022 at 13.30 with a problem which needs some attention and think! The lady Maria from the desk couldn't no one of these, so I ask her very polite to speak with someone who has a bigger position then she. She told me that is only 1 person (!) who can speak with me and for this I will have to wait 40 minutes, because at that moment the person... is eating! This is the Orange attitude with their clients! This the respect for the client they claim! Important is only to take your money monthly! Except this... you are nobody in their eyes!

Very ofen the company has issues with providing a good quality internet connection. This time they had a breach in the network for which they take 48 hours to solve it. This is not first time it happens. More than that, as you inform them about this matter, they have no solution for it. If you work from home, basically that is an unwanted situation. You cannot rely on their services. Every time it happened was the same. No solution, but you pay for those services anyway. On top of that, the employees working on guest relations are rude and unwilling to help.You loose time talking to them for nothing to be solved. I don'ț recommend this company for their lack of care for customers and their way of solving issues. Better choose another internet provider.

The worst internet and coverage ever! I don't recommend it, not even to my enemies! Lucky I found a wifi to leave this review. In the middle ok the city, not even on a remote place!

Since they taked Telekom,the internet the phone and the internet on the cell phone is not working. We payed the bill 2 month and whend we called to ask wy we dont have internet they sad is not payed. Orange comunication and orange is not the same they sed and the orange comunication was payed but orange romania no. But we didn t received any bill but the ones of Orange Comunication with we payed imediately. Actualia our biill now is -2 Ron.Croocks and worst service ever
