I don't like big, gaudy jewelry, costume or otherwise, and wanted to treat myself to my first solid gold jewelry purchase. My only concern at first was that the 3mm stud posts are shorter than I was used to, but I haven't had any problems. I LOVE these tiny studs and the mini hoops because I can sleep in them and not worry about my piercings closing. They also go with anything I wear.
