Great product, EXACTLY as advertised. Very solid hoop, not thin or flimsy, they don't kink or bend (I never take mine out) they were smaller than I thought they would be but that's on me for not knowing what 10mm actually is. I would order up one size next time.

I received a very cheap necklace. When I tried to return it, I was told I can only exchange for something else. The other item arrived and it was so low quality they were unwearable. I was told I can return an exchange. Horrible customer service.
