This was made with a gold attachment that is too small for any necklace to fit through, so while the pendant is very pretty, unfortunately it cannot be put on a necklace.
Thought it would feel more expensive for the pricepoint. Quite a light ring.
The ring band is very very thin. I'm not giving it as a present like I had planned. I would be embarrassed. Very disappointed in this ring I will not buy from them again.
Oradina is a scam.
Oradina sent me a $320 necklace that was broken on arrival. The clasp would not stay closed--it just kept flopping open and the trigger for the clasp was clearly loose in the track, so obviously the necklace was not wearable. I reached out to clarify the return process and received a reply several days later, only after I followed up. They stated that they would be able to replace the broken necklace under the warranty, but would not be able to issue a refund because they do not accept returns of broken or damaged jewelry.
Their return policy states: "What is your return/exchange policy? Enjoy free extended 45-day holiday returns & exchanges. All return orders shipped within the United States will receive complimentary shipping.
Please note, we will not accept broken or damaged jewelry."
I think most people when reading their policy would assume that it applies if you were the one who broke it--if you broke it, sure, maybe you bear some fault such that, barring the product itself being defective, you shouldn't be allowed to just return for a full refund.
But in what world could one imagine that it also applies if THE COMPANY ITSELF sent you a defective product?
They accept returns for essentially anything else, but they can just refuse to accept a return and issue you a refund if THEY broke it themselves? If they sent you a clearly defective product that simply isn't usable? That makes absolutely no sense.
Their policy as they apply it means they can completely avoid needing to accept returns and issuing refunds from any customer, as long as they just send out a broken product to begin with. I've never encountered such a twisted business practice before. If you buy something and they send you something you did not purchase, but won't refund you, that's a scam. And that's blatantly what Oradina is practicing: Scamming. Their deception combined with the poor craftsmanship of such an essential component of the necklace makes me doubt how ethical and responsible this company really is. They clearly don't stand by or care about the quality of their product, and they seem to only care about the customer to the extent they can get money out of them. They will not make things right.
Don't get caught up by the more affordable prices for purportedly solid gold jewelry like I did. You can likely get better solid gold jewelry and customer service from a more trustworthy company elsewhere. If something like this happens to you, I strongly suggest both disputing the charge and reporting Oradina to the FTC for deceptive business practices.
