I had been completing surveys for several months in good faith with this platform, until out of the blue, they suspended my account. I have no idea why, and they refused to tell me how or provide evidence that I've breached their terms. Frustratingly, I had $40 worth of unclaimed rewards when the account was closed. Their contact terms basically state they can cancel your account at any time, and you forfeit your right to any rewards. This is illegal under the NZ Fair Trading Act, specifically the section that prevents unfair contract conditions. I've written them a formal complaint detailing how and why they are on the wrong side of NZ law. I don't expect any success to be honest, given they are a US based company. I do intend to report them to the Commerce Commission, however, and I encourage anyone else who's had a negative experience with them to do so to, whilst they are US-based, they operate a. co.nz website and trade here, so they are bound by our laws if they wish to continue to do so.

After spending time on completing survey, they made up an excuse by saying your account activities are suspicious and not paying you. Attached the email they sent to me. How terrible that Google is still helping them to advertise.

This site is related to Opinion Outpost and if you get suspended in one you will be suspended in the other. As a Diamond member I thought everything was going well; no problems. Until they decided I violated their Terms... what terms asked I? They said cannot tell you due to privacy issues. What Crap!. Seems pretty arbitrary to me when they cannot even tell you what you did wrong. Funny, I had not changed how I do surveys while getting to be a Diamond member, Did not change anything but my browser after. They did reinstate me, just like Opinion Outpost, but when OO suspended me again, this one stopped allowing me to do surveys. Be very careful here.

I have repeatedly unsubscribed from opinionworld... Yet keep receiving survey mails in which I am just not interested.its junk mail spam for me. Overloading my Gmail accounts inbox. Unsubscribed in May, it's 30 sept today. Emailed to the help desk of opinion wo... to unsubscribe. Got a reply shall respond in few hours. Yet keep sending me mails/junk mails. I had subscribed and answered a few surveys out of curiosity now NO. Opinionworl... stop sending me survey mails. I got an automated reply from the help desk, is there anyone sitting at the helpdesk to address any matter or have you chosen to thrust people with mails w/o their consent.

I love doing surveys and love learning lot of things about products and brands.
But joining opinionworld.com was the biggest mistake I did and I realized it when I saw the surveys I was getting from opinion world all no use and just wastage of precious time.
As whenever I click on the surveys to start it, it used to say survey is unavailable all the time. And by last if I get chance to complete the survey and submit the survey, it used to say unsuccessful this time and not qualified and asked to update profile.
FYI, My profile was already updated.
And when you complain it to customer care, an answer would be so much partial. Till I felt it's just the waste of time here on Opinion World and I quit.
