This guy stole $200 of BTC, replied 4 weeks later saying the BTC processor is responsibile for sending the paypal and VBA? What a joke.
Guy is a scammer and this is known EVERYWHERE> These reviews here are by Him under fake accounts. Look Closely.

I paid him using eth and as soon as he received the payment I got the vcc & vba. Then he helped me confirm the bank & card & I came out with a verified paypal.

Bought from this guy three days ago and have to receive anything. Paid with bitcoins when I wanted to use paypal, but he says to only send as friends and family and to send more to cover the fees. I was like what? That is the process of doing business guy. Contacted him multiple times and received no responses on any. If I don't receive what I paid for I will be filing a takedown notice with his hosting.
This guys positive reviews are fake. Just look at the current 3 where they all speak in the same language. All three have no English comprehension whatsoever much like the admin of Openvcc.
Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this guy. There has been numerous people on different forums stating this guys service sucks as of lately.
You are better off buying from the aspkin forums.
If you use Openvcc, you should realize that Openvcc provides the best and cheapest service for VBA in the world. I bought products from Openvcc several times.

Got the info, The VCC worked without any problems. Thanks so much! The paying process was easy, as I paid with bitcoins, and the service was very fast, received the card info in less than 2 minutes, and the admin was very friendly to send me the code.
I thought these reviews were left by competitors but turns out they werent. They are true. This guy takes days if not weeks to respond. There have been times where I contacted him several times through chat, email and Skype only to hear a response a month later.
Bought even though he had tons of negative reviews because it was cheap, but turns out they were all right. Added bank and waited for deposits. Contacted him after 2-3 days and no response. It has been a game of cat and mouse with this guy.
Then a month later I get the deposits which was useless because PayPal removed the bank since I couldnt confirm it in time. Asking for a replacement from this guy would take ages which I didnt want to wait.
Ended up cutting my losses and just went ahead and bought from Auction Essistance. I cant wait to accept payments on OPENVCCS time when I need to run my own business.
Just stay away from this guy. Pisses me off that he wasted my time and money.
Paid this guy bitcoins nearly a week ago and demanded him to provide order or refund. Have gotten no response till this day. Cant even claim my money back because he only accepts payments with no seller protection. Wanted to pay by PayPal but he told me he charges extra fee because PayPal holds his money. Well guy, why is that my problem? Stupid as I was, I paid with bitcoins and received nothing.
Just avoid this guy completely. You can see the many reviews on this guy that he scams and sends nothing. I could have bought from another seller but decided to take a risk on Openscammer because the price was cheap.
He used to be good. Would respond in a few hours on Skype or email. For the last few months he has been horrible. Like others said, responding like once a week. Or not responding at all. There are others out there and I'm looking to take my business somewhere else. Hate to say it but like an old dog you gotta put it down... Avoid this guy.
