Ordered two items. Only one item was in the package I received. Sent email to the info email address to report the problem. There was no response. Avoid this site. Update 4/9/2010: Contacted my credit card and disputed the charge. Three days later, I received the missing item. Still no response from the site regarding my questions. I have allowed the disputed charge since I now have all that I ordered. My dissatisfaction remains.

Pretty, pretty disappointing. Good prices... yet horrible service. Ordered 3 pieces (next day air). Next day... nothing. Waited 1 more day to be sure. Waited 2 more days... nada. Sent an email to customer service... no reply. Waited 2 more... called. Was told 1 part was back-ordered, but other 2 were shipped. Supervisor offered to give me a 2-for-1 with other cell skins and credit me "next day" charges (cool). 2 days later... got the 2-for-1 parts! (no "already shipped" parts). 2 days more... called about it... put on hold for a few minutes... was told that the USPS lost my stuff (?). Now they'll resend them and i'll get them in 3 or 4 days. NOT worth the hassle AT ALL. (so much for "next day")
Poor Customer Service and Communication - I have never had such poor customer service from an online business, especially one that professes to offer "elite and idyllic" customer service. I placed an order, selected 3-day air for faster shipping at an extra cost and wrote a note in my order to notify me if product was on back order. 10 days later after still not receiving my order and no answer to my emails, I contacted the company and was told of course that it was on back order and that they had no idea when the products I ordered would arrive. I asked if I had to wait, could they please reimburse my shipping charges. They could only offer to credit back my account and cancel the order. What a huge waste of time! Extremely poor service and communication. Most companies will advise you if a product is on back order.
I wish I would of thought about checking out the reviews for this site before I ordered anything from them thru there onlyglyde.com site (which is no longer a website). I have been spendin days online comparin prices for accessories and onlyphonenetwork was the cheapest with supposibly free and fast shipping. So I order 3 items for my Glyde. Never got a confirmation email my debit card was charged rite away. The site said shipping information would be available after my order was processed which i was told would be 24-48 hours... I waited about a week or 2 and didn't recieve anything. Then I sent numerous email to them which I didnt get a response from also called the office plenty of tymes either got All the service reps are unavailable/busy at this tyme or The office is closed please call back during these tymes. And it wasnt after hours was early in the morning... So after all this I eff it not gonna get anthing out of it was a waste of 30 dollars...
