Ordered two items. Only one item was in the package I received. Sent email to the info email address to report the problem. There was no response. Avoid this site.
Update 4/9/2010: Contacted my credit card and disputed the charge. Three days later, I received the missing item. Still no response from the site regarding my questions. I have allowed the disputed charge since I now have all that I ordered. My dissatisfaction remains.
