This was an example of an item being offered at a price too good to be true. A cheap pool float was sent instead of the motorized one offered. The cost to return this item was not covered and shipping/insurance of delivery to China would cost as much as the purchase I paid for. Scam for sure. My credit card company was unable to help and I wound up getting a very small refund and keeping the cheaply made float. I was very persistent otherwise would not have received any compensation. I was told my refund was coming but paypal was "down" whatever that means. Took several weeks. Learned my lesson.

I have ordered motorized swimming pool tube, they send me non motorized one same price and the motorized one. I contacted them they answer after one week. They don't want to pay for return postage and I keep emailing them and they don't answer. And now I have to keep the item that not the same one that I ordered they are just big rip off and scam. Ordered an infrared thermometer in March '20 and finally received the device in June. The thermometer appeared to be repackaged and when I placed the batteries in the device it would not work. After several calls to Only Best Goods, where I left messages and emails without a response, I called my credit card company and placed a dispute against Only Best Goods. I finally received a credit, but this was only until I explained to the credit card company that they were not going to honor the return and replacement policy. ONLY TALK AND NO GOODS! Stay Clear!
John from only best goods in China took my pay pal money and never delivered all my ordered goods. When I returned the goods they sent me I was told three months ago I would get my refund. I never did. I recommend strongly you not do business with this scam Chinese company.
Ordered a blow up pool for my kids on June 25th to use during quarantine. Paid $24.99 for "express shipping". I have yet to see the product after multiple attempts to get more information about what's going on... given the run around every time. After a month of waiting for reply "john" sent me one that stated we don't see an order with our name or email. He said to make sure I ordered from them and not some other place. "John" my credit card ledger states Only Best Goods was paid. I was scammed! Hopefully after calling my credit card company I'll get a refund because I know "JOHN" will not give me one.

I wish I could give negative 5 stars. This company is a scam. Infared thermometer received after an extremely extended time. Fake tracking number was given. Once received, the thermometer feels like there isn't any components inside of it, it feels like an empty shell. Emailing them is a joke. PLEASE BEWARE.
