I have ordered size 43 and it shows 43 on it, but it can't fit me and I'm 42. Size don't match
Second, the color ordered was red and I received a white one, which I don't want.
Third, the quality of the bottom show looks like cheap hand painting which is not even close to they you advertise. Pictures attached.
When asked for refund, they answered back:
Dear customer, the shoes you bought are out of stock,We feel sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Can you accept one of the suggestions?
1. you keep them and we refund 10% of it.
2. we send a 40% discount code
3. You keep them and we refund 20% as compensation?we don't suggest returning, because If you return, you need bear expensive postage to China.
4.,the shipping cost is about $ 25-40 to China,we don't recommend it,if you're not satisfied with the items,we can refund you 30% as compensation,could you accept it？

Whenever you don't like the product it is very hard to get a refund and they offer only 25% of what you spent. The product comes directly from China.

This was an example of an item being offered at a price too good to be true. A cheap pool float was sent instead of the motorized one offered. The cost to return this item was not covered and shipping/insurance of delivery to China would cost as much as the purchase I paid for. Scam for sure. My credit card company was unable to help and I wound up getting a very small refund and keeping the cheaply made float. I was very persistent otherwise would not have received any compensation. I was told my refund was coming but paypal was "down" whatever that means. Took several weeks. Learned my lesson.

I have ordered motorized swimming pool tube, they send me non motorized one same price and the motorized one. I contacted them they answer after one week. They don't want to pay for return postage and I keep emailing them and they don't answer. And now I have to keep the item that not the same one that I ordered they are just big rip off and scam. Please All be careful, read the reviews before you buy anything, don't get close to this website or buy anything. Thanks

Ordered an infrared thermometer in March '20 and finally received the device in June. The thermometer appeared to be repackaged and when I placed the batteries in the device it would not work. After several calls to Only Best Goods, where I left messages and emails without a response, I called my credit card company and placed a dispute against Only Best Goods. I finally received a credit, but this was only until I explained to the credit card company that they were not going to honor the return and replacement policy. ONLY TALK AND NO GOODS! Stay Clear!

Ordered a blow up pool for my kids on June 25th to use during quarantine. Paid $24.99 for "express shipping". I have yet to see the product after multiple attempts to get more information about what's going on... given the run around every time. I have opened a dispute with PayPal at this point since I am out $313 dollars. Would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I truly understand the difficulty doing business during the zombie apocalypse. Delays are inevitable. Refusing communication is unforgivable. After several attempts to reach them to get status on my purchase, I finally gave up and opened a dispute through PayPal. We'll see. Do not do business with these people. First, they present themselves as a supposedly USA based company. Nope. China. I knew the products are from China, just about everything is, but the whole operation appears to be based in China.

Ordered thermometer on April 21, never received an email with order number so I contacted them because I haven't received. After a month of waiting for reply "john" sent me one that stated we don't see an order with our name or email. He said to make sure I ordered from them and not some other place. "John" my credit card ledger states Only Best Goods was paid. I was scammed! Hopefully after calling my credit card company I'll get a refund because I know "JOHN" will not give me one.
