I have ordered size 43 and it shows 43 on it, but it can't fit me and I'm 42. Size don't match
Second, the color ordered was red and I received a white one, which I don't want.
Third, the quality of the bottom show looks like cheap hand painting which is not even close to they you advertise. Pictures attached.
When asked for refund, they answered back:

1. you keep them and we refund 10% of it.
2. we send a 40% discount code
3. You keep them and we refund 20% as compensation?we don't suggest returning, because If you return, you need bear expensive postage to China.
4.,the shipping cost is about $ 25-40 to China,we don't recommend it,if you're not satisfied with the items,we can refund you 30% as compensation,could you accept it？
Ordered 10 face masks For $100 on March 17,2020 still now June 20 I didn't receive the. Multiple emails sent to them requesting a refund due to non delivery. Kept stating item in the mail. Oh and they sent false tracking information. Wish I read reviews first. Stay away! Deserve minus 0000 for rating. Not even a one.
This company is using false advertising to sell products they do not have. New York Attorney General must be sleeping as she has let this continue after many complaints. Only Best Goods owners should be jailed for what they are doing during this virus.
Ordered a blow up pool for my kids on June 25th to use during quarantine. Paid $24.99 for "express shipping". I have yet to see the product after multiple attempts to get more information about what's going on... given the run around every time. I have opened a dispute with PayPal at this point since I am out $313 dollars. Would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company.
I truly understand the difficulty doing business during the zombie apocalypse. Delays are inevitable. Refusing communication is unforgivable. After several attempts to reach them to get status on my purchase, I finally gave up and opened a dispute through PayPal. We'll see. Do not do business with these people. First, they present themselves as a supposedly USA based company. Nope. China. I knew the products are from China, just about everything is, but the whole operation appears to be based in China.
John from only best goods in China took my pay pal money and never delivered all my ordered goods. When I returned the goods they sent me I was told three months ago I would get my refund. I never did. I recommend strongly you not do business with this scam Chinese company.
I wish I could give negative 5 stars. This company is a scam. Infared thermometer received after an extremely extended time. Fake tracking number was given. Once received, the thermometer feels like there isn't any components inside of it, it feels like an empty shell. Emailing them is a joke. PLEASE BEWARE. I am persuing this matter in an attempt to get my money back
Ordered thermometer on April 21, never received an email with order number so I contacted them because I haven't received. After a month of waiting for reply "john" sent me one that stated we don't see an order with our name or email. He said to make sure I ordered from them and not some other place. "John" my credit card ledger states Only Best Goods was paid. I was scammed! Hopefully after calling my credit card company I'll get a refund because I know "JOHN" will not give me one.
I received Infared thermometer that doesn't work. After waited over 5 weeks time. I called three times each time they told me someone else takes care of that problem and they will call me back. It has been over two weeks and no calls. The company is a scam!
This was an example of an item being offered at a price too good to be true. A cheap pool float was sent instead of the motorized one offered. The cost to return this item was not covered and shipping/insurance of delivery to China would cost as much as the purchase I paid for. Scam for sure. My credit card company was unable to help and I wound up getting a very small refund and keeping the cheaply made float. I was very persistent otherwise would not have received any compensation. I was told my refund was coming but paypal was "down" whatever that means. Took several weeks. Learned my lesson.
I have ordered motorized swimming pool tube, they send me non motorized one same price and the motorized one. I contacted them they answer after one week. They don't want to pay for return postage and I keep emailing them and they don't answer. And now I have to keep the item that not the same one that I ordered they are just big rip off and scam. Please All be careful, read the reviews before you buy anything, don't get close to this website or buy anything. Thanks
I ordered 3 touch free thermometers from this place over a month ago and still have not gotten them. I had one follow up email telling me they have been shipped "again." How can these people sleep at night screwing the public over in a time like this. Despicable.

Ph# on site is bogus, gentlemen answers but tells you this isn't a business line. They did provide a follow-up email after purchase that it had shipped, but weeks ago. The USPS tracking number provided is invalid. Never received item. Contacted credit card company which is working on it.
I ordered a digital thermometer which they advertised was in stock, and for an additional fee they would ship it in 3-5 business days. They debited my credit card and charged an expedite fee, but never shipped the item. The USPS tracking No. That they provided says that the item was never shipped even though they say is was. So far, they have refused to cancel my order or refund my money, which makes me think that this not a real company, but some sort of shell web page that does not have any real product to sell. Very dishonest, don't use them!
I ordered 4 boxes of gloves for my employees. 1st the tracking number was fake. After multiple inquiries and they told me my order was on its way. After 1 month and a half t received ONE BOX of gloves instead of the 4 I had ordered and paid for. This company is a SCAM. I have tried to reach customer service but no one has responded in 2 weeks. Ordered 2 of the touch-less thermometers about 2 months ago and still have not received anything. Tracking number showed they have been in the US since 5 weeks ago and still has not arrived. I don't think you can even believe the tracking info. As I think it is all a scam. Unable to call the company to get any answers and when I send e-mails, I get no response. I ordered a Touch-Free Infrared Forehead Thermometer to measure the temperature of my employees when they arrive at work. We paid for expedited shipping and was promised the item was in stock. Three weeks later it is still "on its way to USPS." This company is a complete scam. I have contacted the NY attorney general and state police about this company.
This company is a pop up shop company that is taking your money and selling you junk. They are trying to sell thermometer at $69 sale price based on $100+. These thermometers aren't worth the money it cost to ship them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS... I would give them no starts if I could.
