I have an LG K51 which was locked on T-Mobile Network and it seems that it can't be unlocked. They gave me all the details how to unlock it but unfortunately it didn't work. I've sent them a mail to inform them that it didn't work and they provided another way to unlock it but unfortunately this one also didn't work for my phone model. In the end they returned my founds so I highly recommend the team.

The thing is for the service you ordered we had to perform the unlock in our online program, and you never contacted us then so we can perform the service.
