They are a huge $#*! around. Better off to figure it out yourself. And they arnt done right away. I'm waiting at 36 hrs and counting. Feels like fraud, so I'm gonna call it in

The thing is for the service you ordered we had to perform the unlock in our online program, and you never contacted us then so we can perform the service. Was a service that needed to be done remotely by USB cable, and we had to be online in the same time. We ended up doing outside our normal program, so you get the service completed.
