I worked for this place and it was horrible. I have friends who still work there. They walked into work on 1/27/17 only to be told to go home. The company closed immediately with no warning and is filing bankruptcy. Mr Hardy should be ashamed of treating employees this way many of whom are single parents. They are devastated! Had the company not put dirty shoes back on the shelf for resale and actually answered the phones when customers called they might still be in business!

I have ordered shoes from OnlineShoes.com for a few years. I would go back to their site because I was pleased with product quality, customer service, and ease of returns/exchanges. However, my most recent order in January 2017 includes 2 pairs of shoes that do not fit properly. When I went online to initiate a return, I found out that the site is now out of business. This is unfortunate. I liked the site. But now I am stuck with 2 expensive pairs of shoes that do not fit. Very disappointed.
Ordered a pair of shoes. Ad said FREE Shipping. When I placed the order, the summary invoice said free shipping $5.00. How can shipping be free when there is a $5 charge. Did order the shoes because it was a good deal. Tried to call customer service to get a $5 refund and left a call back number because wait was too long. Received call back and put on hold again. After 15 minutes gave up. Will never order again from On Line Shoes again. Intend to file complaint with Better Business Bureau.
Prior to this experience I have exchanged a couple of pairs of shoes with no problems - other than having to pay for the new shoes before being credited for the returned shoes.
This time I decided just to return the two pair I had bought because I just couldn't get the right fit and decided that buying shoes without trying them on was not working out for me.
I called customer service to arrange for a return and was informed that due to a change in the company who handles their credit card transactions that I would have to either have a refund check mailed or I would have to send them a voided check so that they could put the refund money in my checking account. I did not like the idea of mailing them a voided check (seriously - this is ridiculous? Why not be able to read them the routing number and account information over the phone?!) so opted for a check to be mailed to me.
Fast forward to four days after they received the returned shoes I got a call asking how I would like to get my refund. When I explained that the refund had already been arranged for and that my check should have been on the way I was promised an "expedited refund check and expedited shipping" with tracking information soon to follow. Two weeks later with several follow up calls on my part they sent the check out a week later, via snail mail - from Canada to the US. All told, they seem to think that a nearly three week ETA is "expedited". Still no refund check.

I have been making purchases from Online Shoes for 6-8 years and always had great service on exchanges or returns every time. I purchased a good majority of my shoes from them and never saw any hint of fraud.
Worst online buying experience you can imagine. Returned a pair of shoes because of a bad fit & after 60 days from the date they received the return I still hadn't received a refund. Called several times during this time period only to have to wait over 40 minutes each time to get a rep who only gave me the run around. Had to file a claim with my credit card & have them get the funds back.

Bought a pair of shoes in Jan 2017... then wanted to return and suddenly all their lines are disconnected - emails and website are unreachable. What's going on? I still have the item and I am now stuck with it. Sad,. Beware of this store. This is shameful and they give online buying a bad taste.
I purchased shoe last year in mid and I love them a lot. Size and quality is perfect and reasonable price. But this year I am trying open this site was not able... I came to know its shutdown. But I really miss good collection.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots that were delivered to my house at the end of January, 2017. One was used and the other does not fit. When I tried to return for a refund the site was down. I thought it was temporary so I kept trying until I googled them and learned they had gone out of business. I filed a claim with Paypal (which is who I used to buy the boots). When I just googled onlineshoes.com again, I was redirected to Shoebuy.com. So the same company that has just screwed all of these folk out of money just started up another business selling shoes. I think the best revenge is to flood the internet with bad reviews for Shoebuy and let everyone know what they've done.
I ordered shoes the middle of January 2017. Received them three days later. Had to return them and I found out the company is out of business. Have been reading reviews and people were having problems with them in December 2016. But they took my order. Why? Now my return has been held in Obetz, Ohio since the last week in January. UPS rep told me the company is out of business. How nice.
Bought about 3 pairs of shoes from this retailer. Kept one and returned two. Easy returns and the shoes looked good. Just bought another pair... this time a pair of black shoes that are supposed to feel like sneakers. Box is not opened yet, but I am sure they are fantastic! However, if not, not a problem with easy returns. Yup, they are a keeper!
I sent a pair of shoes for exchange, sent in the shoes and have talked to two different customer service reps saying the issue that they found the problem and the issue is now resolved. That was December 2016. I still do not have the exchanged pair of shoes or credit (shoes cost me $167.00). This has been the worst experience I have had to date and from what has been posted I have lost the cash and have to fiqure out where I can get my husband size 12 6E work shoes. So disappointed.
Then we should have been notified, or at least a phone message with some info! I've used them for 10 plus years & had excellent service.

I spent 15 minutes one day and 30 minutes the next day waiting for someone to talk to me on the phone and nothing but a recording telling me to do it online. Online try says my PO number does not exist which I have a copy of. Two emails sent to them with no response back except an automated one saying they will respond within 24 hours. It has been almost a month now with none..
I was looking for dr marten's clarissa sandals and this site was the only one which had my size.
However, because the ratings were quite low, I was a little worried.
But anyway, I ordered them on monday, and receive ved it today(friday). It just took 4days and I think this is so fast.
Also, I used a 20% off coupon, so I paid only 95.96 dollars(the orginal price is 120 dollars).
I chose the free economy shipping option, and there was no tax.

Putting in an order with onlineshoes is the equivalent to begging for a tsunami of email spam. Emails daily, twice daily, it's hard to keep track. The "unsubscribe" is the same as those "close door" buttons on an elevator, they give you something to do and make you feel like you have some control over the situation, but they aren't really connected to anything. Send an email to customer service you might say, that should solve the problem. Not so, Grasshopper, they will whisper sweet nothings to your monitor in reply, but the next tsunami wave of spam still comes.
My 91 year old mother wears a very narrow shoe. In trying to find shoes to fit I ordered 4 pair from Online Shoes. They did not fit, slipped on her heels. I returned them over a month ago. In checking my Visa I found I had not been credited, yet! I tried to contact them and found their site was down and all of these negative comments. I sent a note to Visa but have not heard back from them. Today I go to my mailbox and there is the package returned to me unopened. Now what do I do? I will contact Visa. Am I out $228? If anyone out their is getting their money back please comment what you did to do so... anyone interested in some 7/7 1/2 narrow black slip on leather shoes?
Stay away from this company. So much of their language is misleading and deceptive. Big example, they say what you ordered will be shipping pretty quickly; but shipping is not the same as delivery. They use low cost shipping and you will not get your shoes any time soon. They also do not honestly reveal exactly what you must do to exchange or return shoes, including paying for shipping. They did not refund to my credit card company in a timely way. Customer service totally unimpressive.
Ordered a pair of Hi Tec hiking boots at "Online Shoes.com" the delivery says 4-5 business days. After 7days going on 8 still no shoes in the mail, keep checking my e-mail but nothing not even a tracking number to keep track of your delivery. Tried calling customer service but no answer. Tried calling day and night, early morning even late at night no luck, called a dozen times just the same audio recording. Even wrote my complaint to customer feedback but no reply on their end. Lost money and no shoes. "Do NOT" do business with this company, they're a fraud.
