Product exactly what I needed. Very pleased with the person handling the phone order. She suggested that I cut the 72" stock piece in half. This resulted in a much cheaper and faster delivery because the shipper could use the "normal" delivery channel and not the over sized product delivery channel. Thank you On-Line Metals!
Site was easy to use. Found exactly the size of bar stock I was looking for. Every time I've needed brass I have been able to find it. Be it bar stock, tubing or plate.

Bought 2 sheets of 1/8 diamondback. Price was way lower than locally. But shipping was more than steel. That said even with shipping it was such a good price it was cheaper than locally. Shipping was speedy and delivery driver did a great job getting a 18 wheeler to my residence

I wanted to order some 1x2x.12 rectangular steel tube and 1x1x.12 square tube for will call pickup. I could order the rectangular thru the website, but as soon as I added the square tube the system no longer offered will call, so wanted to force the whole order to be shipped. It took chatting with a person to get the order placed so that it was all brought up from Portland for will call in Seattle. After the order was placed, everything went fine.
I appreciate being able to get metal ordered and pick it up in Seattle. I just wish the online system handled the ordering without needing human intervention.

I ordered aluminum tubing to make wind chimes and one of the tubes came with a pretty big dent in the side. I sent a message with some pictures and within a week I received a replacement and didn't have the hassle of returning the other piece. I would totally recommend and use again!

I needed one piece of square stock. I needed it to be less than an inch square. Online metals had the best price for the 2 foot section that I needed. I'd never done any business with online metals. I found their website to be fast, intuitive, and informative. I found their payment process to be quick and simple. As an IT professional for the last 40 years, I think I'm qualified to give this e-commerce site at least 8 or 9 out of 10 simply because it ranks right up there with overall ease of use.

Very easy to order. Ended up with two orders, I forgot one item and had to order a second time. UPS misplaced one of the packages in Louisville but that was not your fault. Everything eventually got here well packaged.

I had placed and received previous orders to OnlineMetals in the past with excellent results. My experience with this order is good but not as good as my previous orders. With this latest order four business days lapsed before shipment. This is longer than my previous orders. My order was well packaged and was exactly as I ordered when it did eventually arrive.
