Online Logo Maker

I created a decent logo for my home based business, and purchased the platinum package, to download the high quality graphics, along with the SVG files for cut files. What I received in my inbox was terrible low quality pixel filled photos, which looked awful. I started an online chat with them, where I stayed 2nd in Queue for 3 hours, and once I did get to chat with someone, they were no help. Asking what tool i was opening the photos in, what I was using them for (like that would matter - I purchased high quality graphics). After 4-5 emails back and forth, where they resent photos, looking the exact same as the first time, they dropped off the face of the earth. I sent 4 more emails, unanswered, three of which, I asked for a refund as I didn't get what I paid for. I finally decided to contact my credit card company, to file a complaint and to get my money back. I sent them all the emails, and logos I received, and explained to them that i did not receive an invoice, or receipt for my purchase, so I couldn't provide them with that. I did try again to chat them to receive a recepit from my purchase, and after waiting for 5 hours (not exaggerating) for a response, I was still 2nd in queue the whole time, I sent 3 more emails to them, asking for a receipt, which all went unanswered. My credit card company said since I was able to prove my effort, and their lack of effort to give what I asked for, they would reimburse me the money I was out. Stay away from this company, unless you're looking for low quality, juvenile looking products, with horrendous customer service.
