Stay far away from these people! They'll take your money without a second thought, and the moment you ask for a refund, they'll refuse outright. Instead, they'll trap your money with them for life, forcing you to use their so-called services whether you want to or not. On top of that, their customer support and escalation desk are unbelievably rude — dealing with them makes you feel like giving up completely, but you can't, because they've already locked in your money. Absolutely pathetic!

Company is doing scam. I paid for 3 services and none of them if done from last 2 months. Their emplyeese are not listening to any concern, Not responding to calls. Very very bad service..

This company is100% scam & fraud. They just go round & round with a few customer service templates. I do not think that this compant exists. Authorities should close this down as soon as possible before gullible people lose their money. I lost 1700 rupees of hard earned money. Scam & fraud of the first order. BEWARE

I recently (2 hours ago) had a terrible experience with a service provider for trademark registration, and I want to warn others about this fraudulent operation.

The website advertised a trademark registration service for Rs 2264.80, which seemed reasonable. I proceeded with the payment and immediately requested a receipt. I was told that the receipt would be provided in one hour. However, I was later informed that the actual cost would be significantly higher. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, they outright refused.

This company's practices are misleading and unethical. They lure customers in with a low price and then demand more money after the payment is made. Their refusal to provide a refund is unacceptable and a clear sign of a scam.

I urge everyone to stay away from this fraudulent service. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

This company is a scam
They were supposed to refund me my money.
First the pressurized me to make payment of 3180. When I said I don't want your service & refund my money back even before the service started i.e same evening that I made payment (they took 2 days to even work on it)
They told me that we can't refund the money & told select se other services. I told them I don't need any service from them after lot of argument they pretended to agree to refund my money with 20% of cancellation charges which amounted to 2548/-. They promised me to pay within 7 days but did not make it I had to call again they neither answered nor called back only when I message them on Instagram that I will put this scam of their on social media I will receive a call saying they are working on the payment.
Since my bank Citibank was taken over Axis Bank so all the UPI id & IFSC code had changed which I had informed them by mail
So they told on 16 July they have made payment but I didn't receive any payment in my bank.l share my bank account statement & my UPI transaction for July 2024 but no payment received. I called my bank too & asked for the issue they told me the would have rejected & declined as the the party has used older IFSC code or older UPI id. I explained the same to Daniel their escalation officer but he was neither ready to confirm the UPI id to which the payment was made. He only their internal excel sheet record which was fake
I humble request to all not to go with this company as the take your money & will never return it back. The service is as bad as their way of treating you. They got the money back in their or never made any payment as they were not ready to give me the transaction receipt just told me it the issue with my bank & I will have to ask my bank to resolve it. It's non of their concern. I have all emails & Instagram screen shot as all evidence
Please as many can report this company as scam so that others can be saved.

Please dont pay them 1769 without seeing this review or atleast read their website fully before paying. Dont ever listen to der representative who will make fake promises to you that 1769 is all they need to get back your refund as well as this amount (1769) which you are paying. Their sales team will very cleverly take advantage of your vulnerability and make you pay promising you stars and moon. Its only later you will come to know that this is consultation charges and they will only send legal notice (no case will be filed at this stage) and let me tell you no one i repeat no one replies to legal notices these days. After waiting period is over they will demand more money to file petition later one this will go on. Isse better hai pay money to your local lawyer and get the consumer complaint filed. Also der tone changes after they receive payment.

Another problem is the fake 5 star reviews you see with names like "NEWTON SHARMA" 99% reviews are fake be it trustpilot or quora you can see, you will understand. You wont be able to trace any kind of genuinety
Another problem is they wont provide you refund der is no such policy as refund policy for them. Once you pay your hard earned money (to get back your hard earned money in case of consumer complaint, isn't it funny) its GONE. If you pay more money on pretext of petition it will be GONE As well. People should come forward and notify authorities regarding their misleading advertisement and fake reviews which is a big crime. They have fooled so many, see the 1 star reviews and read them, you will come to know. If i were ONline (IL)Legal India, i would prefer sitting outside kolkata railway station with a begging bowl rather than conning people of their money. Now they will reply to this msg witj all sort of things like pls tell us our case no we will help, but they wont provide me refund even when i have not taken der service. I repeat, PEOPLE DONT GiVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MOnEY, they will make a mad fool of you. Hire a local lawyer or visit court yourself.
