I have raised a legal case against Lydur Mart ecommerce company with case I'd OLI*******8642
The case is regarding not refund of cancelled and returned order( clothes).
My case was assigned to M/s Susmita Sarkar who has sent legal notice to Lydur Mart, Dwarka, South West Delhi which was returned back to legal india by india post as per logistics team.
Susmita Sarkar asked for alternative address of opposite party Lydur Mart for which I have sent her the details alternative address to her mail id: *******@onlinelegalindia.com.
She applied for reposting the Legal Draft and I also approved the same.
She asked for repost courier charges Rs 117 but no link for the same has been sent to me as is pending at your end from the logistics department.
I also sent written mail to Advocate Susmita Sarkar stating the link is not received to which there is no further communication from your end.
Today whole day is wasted behind all this.
I also raised call back request for the same to which your support team never bothered to call back.
Today I called M/s Kajal from Sales Dept at 6:00 PM and she also raised a request for arranging call back from your support team.
Now it is 9:00 PM and your support team is not bothered to call back.
Also a complain was raised against your agent from Kolkata registration department Ms Rashmi Thakur who has given false information to me. She was the first point of contact and she told me to register case in your portal and given her LAN desk number stating she will be available over phone for any queries. I tried reaching her over phone but it was useless and mental agony.
Your agent Koustav Sinha from documentation department also told the same that if I have any queries regarding documents upload I can call him in the LAN number of his desk. I tried to call many times but it was useless and metal harrasment. Even I sent chat message in your portal for which there was no reply from Koustav Sinha.
Later I came to know that I can arrange call back from your customer support by pressing two times 2 in IVR option.
Your both agents Rashmi Thakur and Koustav Sinha had misguided and gave false information.
Your Agent Rashmi Thakur was asking for my friend contact number for another case with banking company ICICI.
Which is against your policy of confidentiality.
This shows your pathetic service. You people only know to take hard earned money of client and forget there case.
I am pissed by your service.
Even my ticket raised: ******* with you regarding my complaint which is pending with you since 20 July 2023 for which you have not given explanation since 12 days passed.
Your advocate M/s Susmita Sarkar had sent me system message for giving happy code feedback. So stupid.
You are not working properly on my case and your agents are not at all trustworthy. Hopeless people give false information.
I have lost Rs 1983 to Lydur Mart and it is pending since 23 June 2023.
I have also lost Rs 1790 registration fee for you legal India which is just giving pathetic service with no response from your side.
Even a mail was sent to you earlier on 29-July-2023 to which Mr. Anirban Ray has replied that my case has been forwarded to escalation team and your escalation team never reverts back on mail or call.
Please refund my processed amount back to me for registering my case. You only know to apologise and your agents have same apology and forwarding to team that's it. Utter nonsense.
You refund my amount back to me. You pathetic worst service is no more required.
I have a valid reason for refund which you have to pay me back. No more nonsense will be tolerated.
Please never take any service from Online Legal India. Big Scammer and Fraud Company
