This site was easy to use and had very detailed information on the property. Though not exactly what I was looking for, the information provided was very useful. We moved into this property a few months again and it is exactly what the report stated. This report provided a great deal of the surrounding schools and other important business close by and that was a plus. A useful site.
I did not see a simple way to download the information. The information provided was very good considering I only paid $1.00 I did have to request a refund for the extra cost that was automatically charged without my notice/consent. Their representative was helpful.
I had some difficulty locating the documents I was looking for. But it only took a quick chat and she contacted her supervisor. Now he is currently finding them for me!

Info on house and property was quick and easy. Cant even by a pop for the price gives square footage property size, ect pay your 1.00 dollar and print it out
As far as "Information" web sites go this one is an extreme disappointment. VERY limited information received per search. At one point the bottom of results page gave a list of "Less likely" matches. There was the EXACT person I was researching on that list. Problem is there was no way to see more information and no matter what I tried I could not get that person to come up on the main results list. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Overall I would say this site is pretty useless.
This site is an absolute scam beware. I used the site for my property tax and it states fee as $1.00 fee.
