Although the website may seem not really handy, onlinedivorce.com is a great and reliable service that perfectly fulfills its task. After spending some time on a questionnaire, I got my papers the next day. Everything was prepared and ready to be signed. I had no problems with the clerk's office.

Everything they do can be done free by yourself just by requesting the papers from the court. They charge $139 just to fill out their "survey". Yup $139 just to put your basic info onto paper. Tried to cancel and they refused to refund because by me typing my info then choosing not to use them (they never filled out my papers) they provided me "service". Then they automatically sign you up for a $35 a month subscription and another $10 annually to keep your info in their system which keeps charging until you cancel, but this is only written in small print in their terms and conditions, no where else.
COMPLETE SCAM, take your simple divorce to the courthouse and get the papers for free via the self help desk.
At times I had a problem with support agents as either had an accent or couldn't fully understand my questions.
Also, after purchasing the platinum plan, came to find out of other fees.
I think everything should spelled out from the beginning.

I paid for a uncontested divorce. Then they started charging me $24.99 a month that I never authorized. I had to stay on the phone for an hour to talk to someone. Then they make me go to their website login to request a return a money I never should have been charged. DO NOT USE THEM
Worthless, absolutely ineffective (because the longer they take the more they can bill you). If you don't get results within 6 months fire them. I had to abandon ship after multiple rejected documents on trivial minutae (font size, year missing, fine print) and each time more money, more money, more money. They exist to string out your divorce, not finalize it.
I cancelled the service without receiving any documents. They will not refund my money and said by filling out a questionnaire they provided me a service therefore I cannot be refunded. Customer service was rude and when I asked to speak to a manager he refused. They have added a lot more stress and anxiety to an already bad situation I would not recommend this service.
Would not refund my money after shipping me papers and I found out my spouse would not sign— no papers were filed in court yet and they just said "we are sorry" but we cannot give you your money back
The VIP service is not worth it. Have them draw up your forms if you'd like for $130. VIP is $299, but you will still have to pay the court filing fees which for me is an additional $293 in Texas.The customer service agent says the VIP service is for the extra leg work they do... really? It's electronic filing though.
Highly disappointed with all the fees they don't tell you about. I have had 2 different charges that were not spoken of. One for $40 today. I wish I made enough for all the services, But I don't. I make$ 150.oo every two weeks because I am a counselor at a drug and alcohol rehab. These guys make nothing so I will not be sending any of them to you.
Although my case wasn't so complicated and probably I could do everything by myself... But I think, really - $149 is not too much for my calmness. If it isn't too much for new purse, why should be greedy if it's the price for my calmness and free time and I really don't wanna read and learn all this law stuff on the court site? My divorce papers were ready within the day, so I`m pretty satisfied. Thanks to OnlineDivorce.com!
