I had a terrible experience with OnlineDelivery.in. Priya initially responded quickly and confirmed my order, but after I made the payment, the gift was never delivered. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no response or update. This feels like a scam

I spent an extra 250 INR for delivery in the morning between 7 and 11 am when I purchased a cake and flowers.The total amount I owe is 2040.00 INR. When we contacted the delivery person in the evening because it had still not arrived, he was really disrespectful and said, "If you want to take you take, otherwise I will go because you have already paid." He never delivered, but when I called the call center, Ziya left a message saying that we considered it had been delivered. However they never delivered, and now my money is gone; these service provider are really dishonest and unprofessional. They'll ruin both your day and your finances.( 10-9-23)

This is one of the worst service I've come across ever! They take additional charges for the requested timeframe and they don't deliver it and on top of that the amount that had to be refunded was not credited to the source from where it came! Not to customer's bank account but they credit to the Account of onlinedelivery for us to use it the next time! First of al the service is so ridiculous that I won't opt for the service again! Horrible!

Please refer to images attached, I had ordered a Rs 1500 Teddy and they gave me one scary looking entirely different of worst quality. When I called for return they told this is what I get and no actions were taken. Despite numerous emails & phone calls they never responded

Purchase basket of cadburry dairy milk charge of 795 Rs. Received 10pcs of dairy milk each of 10gms (cost of 100 RS). Message send to customer service and no respond.

What I like most about this application is it's provide gifts and flowers at our doorstep at very good cost and quality. This application is used by for most of the time because I can easily order gifts and
flowers and get it within 30-40 min. Of ordering. I also like the way they provide there customer support services like customer executive behaviour is very good. Also real time tracing system is also one of my favourite feature of this application.

Bunch of idiots running this delivery services. Don't ever use their delivery services which will ruin your day. Scam Alert.

I ordered the cake and a few hours before the delivery when I emailed them asking for the status, the response was "the contact number I provided was not working and they can't deliver the order so they will consider the cake as delivered". I checked with my family back home( the receiver of the cake whom I sent this cake to. I planned a surprise and it got spoiled), they said they just ring once and when my brother called back they didn't pick up the call. I informed to the customer service and they confirmed they will deliver cake on time. Cake got delivered around late evening and it was in distorted condition. I beleive the cake might have fell down on the way of delivery and they packed it and delivered just like that. When we open the cake infront of audience for the birthday party, cake was in miserable condition and my family called the delivery team and they said they can't do anything. Even they can't come and pick up the cake. Following this, we had to buy a cake from a nearby bakery at the last moment. The next day i filed a complaint and submit the proof of the cake's condition. It got melted by that time(4 kg 2 tier cake around 7000$ INR) and we had to throw it away as we already bought another cake for our function and we cant serve a spoiled cake to our guests. The reply I received for my complaint was we need to submit the cake back so that they will deliver another one the next day. I asked for a refund and their reply was" we don't have the manners to ask refund after eating the cake". The total experience was the worst.

IF You really want to spoil your function, go ahead and order from these guys,.,
I order cakes every year and i never had an experience like this. You can confidently order from any website other than online delivery.in (https://www.onlinedelivery.in/)

Once i placed an order other side but they didn't deliver my order and didn't refundt then I had placed an order onlinedelivey.in website. I am surprised that online delivery Can be So good before I don't believe online delivery but this website provide best service and products. I would like to say that I can blindly trust online delivery.
