Online book club has created a platform that helps both the authors or readers, the employed and the unemployed by giving meaningful jobs and opportunities to both parties. My experience so far has been a little rough since there's a lot to get use to. Not to mention the numerous guidelines to follow. I'm in love with onlinebookclub.org. They do pay, and you can easily level and get more. Follow the guidelines and double check your grammar. It's not about quantity but quality.
