Now 3 hours on hold no answer. $1301. 48 out of my bank and no tickets no refund. Ticket price was $1180. So I obviously had sufficient funds. Only a generic email from them saying they rejected the transaction. But nothing my bank will accept to cancel the transaction.

My flight has been cancelled because of Covid-19, they told me to fill out the refund form and told me to wait for 30 days. Then 30 days still nothing happened. After 3 MONTHS they replied to me that the refund is cancelled?!?!?!? OMG what is that? My information on Emirate is gone, now how can i deal with this? They stole my money. I tried to contact to them but all i received are stupid robot's replies. I'm so mad, what i go to do now?

I took a flight ticket to Dubai, with changing in Tehran. After getting no visa, I have returned tickets. Tickets were canceled. For the first flight Moscow- Tehran, the money was returned. With the second part Tehran- Dubai it was awfull. The support generated automatic info, that the request is in progress. AFTER 2 MONTHS, no movement, no information. Nothing. I have lost money completely. That was my first try of this AWFULL UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. NEVER EVER USE THIS AGAIN. DO NOT EVEN TRY, IF IT IS NOT AN EMERGENCY

My dad got sick and tested positive for Covid the day before a flight. After going back and forth multiple times with onetwotrip via email all night (6pm - 6am), looking at provided options and then getting replies that they are not available anymore, the very last email from onetwotrip suggested contacting the airline since it's getting very close to boarding time. Airline said they can't do anything since the ticket was booked through a third party. Loosing the original fair and paying for a new one was very expensive for us to say the least. All other major agencies, like expedia, usually take a rebooking fee and a difference in ticket price, but we never had an instance where we completely loose the tickets. Total disaster.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid using OneTwoTrip.com at any cost! Or buy a good travel insurance.

Used one two trip to fly from Istanbul to Moscow in October 2022.
To buy a ticket was a pleasure. But 2 hours before the time the flight was cancelled by the aircompany. I was offered alternative flight which was 25 hour with several stops instead of direct flight I'd booked. I had to reject it and to buy flight with another company directly in airport in Istanbul, which obviously was very expensive.
I requested refunding tickets. The answer came in 6 months on the 6th of February. They let me know that my money were ready to pay back but only after I would pay them £37 first. I wrote them email, no answer, wrote another, then third. Eventually got an answer that I had to follow their instructions. I asked them to take £37fee from my ticket money. No answer.
I suspect this company is a scam. I tried to call them several times, calls were not avaible.
I don't trust to pay the company who'd already owned me £300 and still expects me to pay more.
I never recommend anybody to use this company for booking. You may just simply loose your money.

I booked a €700 ticket from Moscow to Stockholm (with 2 layovers in Turkey) on the 21st of September. At no point during the booking process did I get the option to purchase a refundable or rebookable ticket. I ended up not having to use the ticket and this is precisely the reason why I needed a refundable one. Since tickets were selling out fast and increasing drastically in price, while I was booking, I just had to complete the purchase not knowing whether it was refundable or not.

More than one week prior to the departure I contacted customer service to find out what to do with my ticket. I waited a week for a response and eventually I had to make several long distance calls to get some clarity. The customer service representative informed me that the ticket was rebookable, with additional costs. However, I was only given a few hours to find a new flight before the offer to rebook would evaporate. I would be able to fly within the next 12 months, but… there were no available flights after the 27th of October this year, and I have no intentions of flying anywhere within the coming three months.

Said customer service representative tried to help but every time there were either no flights available, weird terms and conditions or growing extra fees. Plan b, c, d and f all backfired while I'm sitting waiting on a long distance call. The clock is ticking and I'm probably spending more money on the call than I would on buying a new ticket. We ended up looking at a flight from Amsterdam to Turkey, just to get something out of my rebooking. The ticket was €95 but with all of the extra fees for rebooking it would be cheaper just to throw my €700 ticket in the garbage and go directly to the airline and buy a completely new ticket.

In the end I am hugely disappointed in OneTwoTrip as a well-known travel agent for not showing more flexibility. How come I can't even get a €300 voucher for my €700 spent?! I simply couldn't find a new flight before departure of existing ticket, so all of my money went down the drain.

Huge offer of flights and hotels. Great deal, found myself a very attractive fare from London to Amsterdam. Tried their customer support team, they were polite and responded quickly. Not sure about discounts but sure thing to use again when planning my next travels. Trustworthy agency, can be recommended to friends, definitely.

I booked a flight to the U. S with this company and the booking was drama free the money was immediately taken from my account and any updates were communicated to me in a very professional and timely manner via email and txt. However then Covid unfortunately made my travel plans impossible and this company notified me on the 8th April my flight was cancelled... Then the fun (NOT) began. I immediately applied from my refund and was advised 3 to 30 days which I was delighted as I was expecting a slight delay due to Covid but OneTwoTrip assured me everything was fine... 30 days 40 days no refund I contact via email and get a polite but generic response informing me I wasn't a priority as my flight wasn't until July and it would be dealt with closer to flight dates... I then hear nothing for a further 30 days I unfortunately contact them by phone... Rudeness and condescending behaviour is even too kind of a description for how the customer service rep was... Spoke to me like I was an idiot told me it was going to be 90 days they were waiting on confirmation blah blah clearly a stock answer they give to all customers... It is now 95 days and 2 unanswered emails in the last week... This experience started so well however when I required support and explanation from the company the don't comply with the ethos of customer service. The unnecessary additional stress and anxiety this is causing has been upsetting not to mention money that I am now missing as this company have put me in total limbo

Классный сервис, давно им пользуюсь. На нём очень просто найти билеты практически в любом направлении. И, кстати, на любой кошелёк, как говорится. Также просто оформить и покупку авиабилета здесь. Никаких лишних заморочек или посредников.
Один раз участвовала в авантюре от Onetwotrip. Это было классно. Необычные ощущения ожидания путешествия в неизвестное заранее место. Думаю повторить этот опыт в следующий отпуск.

Scam company! Awful experience! Even one star is too many for them. And as I see, that is not the only case! Many cases like my one.

Service has so bad design and maybe some special tricks to make booking difficult and make the base that user data is always entered incorrectly.

Also, they include in your bill additional services which you did not book and you receive 2 payments instead of one. As a result, I have to resolve issue with second sum with my bank and support and was not able to cancel my ticket with an incorrect last name. Also, I was not informed that I will have only 30 min for correction.

After my letter to support they tell me that the only way to fix it was to pay a cancellation fee and then try and then re-book. Cost of his operation compared with the new ticket cost. After that, they offered me to contact the airline directly with the full knowledge that airlines will not correct booking done by their site.

After my next letter support stoped answering at all. Company policy is absolutely not users-centered. Please don't use their service because it is real fraud!

Bought tickets at their site. They charged my visa card more than was indicated on the tickets. What a surprise it was! Very upset with their service. Never recommend anybody to use this site and seller.

My recent experience booking with One-Two travel was horrendous to say the least.
I purchased 3 one-way flights from Toronto to Montreal and paid in full.
Only until my guests arrived at the airport were we showed to find out there was no record of my purchase. Even though we showed email confirmation, they just were not recognized by the airline.
Customer service was quick to put me on hold via phone but finally got an answer from their online customer service, who told me my transaction was flagged as fraud and my flights were refunded.
I received neither email notification stating the cancellation not explanation as to why it was considered fraud.
Upon further investigation of the refund processed, I noticed a $30 discrepancy. When I replied to their customer service agent, they rudely replied "From our part the refund has been processed in full."
I sent them bank records showing the discrepancy and received the same response.
His whole experience left me scrambling last minute to purchase these needed flights from my guests and to get them onto the plane in time.
Anyone reading this should steer clear from this group of crooks. They are unreliable and useless.

Book anywhere else but here. As others may have said they have a VERY tricky user experience when you make the booking, so the name on my ticket was reversed! Due to how their website is designed. It is a simple thing to change, but they refused as they wanted to charge me the cancellation fee! All other communication I had from them was in the correct order! The airline can't change it, but they can, and refuse to! So instead of helping me out, I had to pay a cancellation fee and I booked again with someone else! I will never use their site again. I can only imagine people who don't notice this issue in time to cancel! Book anywhere else.

We really appreciate all our customers and always investigate controversial situations as yours.
As you already know, changing a name after the ticket is issued, can't be done simply. We and other major online travel agencies (like Expedia) usually do not allow it at all. Exception sometimes can be done, but it involves negotiations with the airline and each case has to be dealt separately.
When selling flights, we charge an additional service fee for information provision and booking services, still, in your case, the cancellation fee was funded back to you in full amount.
OneTwoTrip is a bit travel agency, with over 250 members of staff, we sell over 9,000 tickets a day. Out of that, we have over 200 tickets daily with the wrong name, misspelled or last and first names in the wrong spot. With current design - we have the lowest ratio with misspelling/mistakes or any other errors, to do with names. Proved itself to be the best.

We are the biggest travel agency in Eastern Europe, reputable shareholders, thanks to our dedication and smart work. Sneaky/bad web design and collecting cancellation fees is not a long-term business strategy.

My boyfriend and I booked roundtrip flights from Newark, NJ to Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire. We were able to find a really good deal (or what seemed like a good deal) through OneTwoTrip so we decided to book it, knowing that we could cancel within 24 hours and be issued a full refund. We decided several hours later not to take the trip any more. For anyone who may not be aware, ALL airlines selling flights in the US (whether they are an international airline or not) are required to issue a full refund to customers who cancel their reservation within 24 hours of booking for ANY REASON. This is a law, look it up if you don't believe me. We visited OneTwoTrip's website later in the day to issue a refund request as we decided we no longer wanted to go on the trip. OneTwoTrip cancelled our tickets AND sent us an e-mail saying we would not be refunded as our fares were "nonrefundable". What?! So not only did they cancel our tickets, but they also plan to keep our money! I called customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do, our tickets were cancelled and they could not give our money back because the tickets were "nonrefundable". First off, I read everything I sign up for in its entirety. I'm no idiot. Nowhere did it state that the fares were nonrefundable. It also states that nowhere on my invoice or any communication from either the airline or OneTwoTrip. Secondly, whether the fares are nonrefundable, refundable or otherwise, BY LAW we are due a full refund since we had booked less than 24 hours ago. In addition to the customer service representative I spoke to being completely useless and of no help, he was extremely rude and kept trying to cut me off while I was speaking. If you have a disgusting attitude, don't work in customer service! I was actually willing to pay a small cancellation fee at first. Now because of all the inconvenience I've had to go through on top of this company clearly INTENTIONALLY trying to scam us out of our money and our tickets, I will be making 100% sure that we get every dime back that we gave them. Did they really think we were going to let them cancel our tickets AND keep our money? What a joke. Not only will I be disputing these charges with my credit card company, but I will also be reporting them for fraud and letting the Better Business Bureau know that they are trying to cheat customers out of their money by not following through with US law. Looking forward to getting all of our money back and never having to deal with these con artists again.

DO NOT BOOK WITH ONETWOTRIP! They rejected my payment without any justification and now I have $600 still tied up in my account 4 days later! If I didn't have extra money saved up I would be screwed! Still don't have the money back! I'm calling fraud!

This website is quite tricky, although I booked trips quite many times through this third party. Until I got an unpleasant experience with them. They never wanted to cancel my reservation within 24 hours since I booked it and indeed the penalty to change the itenrery was so high so I just decided to keep the ticket, but they already canceled it without my confirmation. Assisstents of this company on the phone were unhelpful.
Just at this case never trust the third parties and speak directly to airline customer service assistance which you have the ticket reservation with. They know how to deal with them. And will help you and find a better solution as to refund the ticket/ change it or remove the cancellation even if it was made through third party like "onetwotrip"

Tried to make a booking on their site and had both my cards rejected. Called in to complain and spoke to a lady who had no idea on how to solve the problem. Tried locking in the price only for me to come back and see the price had increased. Called again and this time spoke to lady who again had no clue what I was talking about. She kept referring to some phantom technical team which had no bearing on what the problem was. She also kept asking for my details to confirm the booking which got me wary as they really should have had all of them already. Cancelled everything and told them to get lost. Why on earth would they allow people like this to run a travel agency is beyond me.

BUYER BEWARE!

Over the years we have booked countless international fiights but this is the first time we've discovered AFTER booking through OneTwoTrip that the tickets excluded check in baggage!

We contacted OneTwoTrip and were told that we bought 'cheap' tickets for flights that don't include check-in baggage. This was not made clear on their site or during the booking process at all. The first time we saw this was when we downloaded the etickets.

We then contacted the airlines directly and were told that we had to take this up with OneTwoTrip.

Now we cannot even change the booking online or by phone but have to book 'EXTRA' baggage at check-in at the airport at an exorbitant E100 per person per bag!

So the 'cheap' flight - which wasn't so cheap at all anyway is now way more expensive than if we booked directly on the airline's site.

We will NEVER book using this agent again - who, by the way, is recommended by Skyscanner... which makes me never want to use Skyscanner again either!

Tip for consumers:
Don't book through OneTwoTrip unless you like being ripped off!

On April the 9th 2016, I was booking my flight from US to Europe on OneTwoTrip.com during the booking process I was offered to lock a ticket price for an extra fee. I did it. Received a conformation email with option to complete my booking in the next 72 hours. 50 hours later I ve tried to finish my booking, and instead got a pop up message about my reservation being canceled. I didn't cancel it. Just called to the costumer service, explaining situation. Their response was: We cannot guarantee that during your booking process the airline does not change your flight price or cancel your booking. They said that this is not their fault. What is the idea of locking then? Sorry OneTwoTrip.com I am dealing with you not airline carrier. You had enough time to send me a notice if something is wrong. Locking the ticket price is what you have guaranteed to me, but instead I received worthless excuse by paying for your service and counting on you.

I bought a round trip ticket from them, but they actually only bought me a one-way ticket, leaving me scrambling the morning of my return flight when the attendant at the desk tells me that I am not registered in the system for a flight. I had to buy a return ticket at the desk, so good thing I arrived extra early!

Customer service tells me that my return ticket was used, and that I need to contact the airline to make sure my information is straight.

Customer service has really bad English, but I would imagine this is hit or miss depending on the agent.

Im a frequent flyer due to my business reasons. Last several trips were purchased with onetwotrip. Completely happy with them, fair prices, wide range of flights and hotels offered, excellent customer support. Im reading these low-star reviews and wondering what could went wrong with them? Had a couple of flight changes too but customer support advisors were extremely friendly and supportive, have helped me a lot.

User friendly service, fair prices. Booked a flight to Paris. Had to get back a day earlier but my tickets were non refundable. Nice customer support advisors have helped me with the exchange. Definitely worth working with. Everything went smooth and easy. Way to go, guys!

Cheaper flights, no issues with booking or details and baggage sent directly to destination airport so didn't have to collect at connections.
