You lie and steal, why can I not make any changes or cancellations? Your bot system goes on an endless loop to avoid addressing the issue and your "travel experts" can't even manage to do even one thing aside delay further. This whole experience has left me feeling like this company is a total scam. I'm having my bank cancel your charge and issue a fraud claim.

Bit frustrating. My credit card company asked for confirmation after one travel had already told me the payment was refused. Your agent rectified it. But it should be more seamless!

The system is insisting on putting the state which is only USA when making booking. If we put other countries its refusing to proceed

All seems to be going well, though I would have appreciated more info about the the travel insurance and priority assistance I paid for.
It seemed like a convenient way to book my travel and access to lower prices.
I really appreciated how quickly I got a call when I had made a mistake in entering my credit card number and that the agent took my corrected number & completed the sale very quickly so I didn't lose my booking.
I like the reasonable airfare options provided.

It was okay. The variety of flight time and airlines were good.
Not having the option to choose insurance for one person only when you are booking for more than one was disappointing. Also that you still had to pay for free seats is disingenuous.
I have booked flights with them in the past.
THE CHARGES FOR BOOKING A FREE SEAT MEANS THAT THERE IS NO FREE SEAT. AKA HIDDEN COSTS

I was expecting to see something that tells me if I wanted to change my return flight after booking at a later date, I can do so without charge.
I have used their services before and felt comfortable with the service in the past.

Everything is going good, but I've not left yet. But so far it's great.
Thankful to get a last minute flight due to another airline's flight cancellation. Your website is a little difficult to navigate. I think I had to pay for bags twice. There was also a glitch that fixed itself when trying to enter our birthdates. It wouldn't let me enter the date just the month and year.

We regret that this happened. Airline fares are very changeable with no advance warning on when specific fares sell out. With people all over the world able to go online and purchase tickets it is understandable that fares and even flights can sell out quickly. It is a standard in the airline industry that fares are never guaranteed until the ticket is issued.

It was good as usual. However, I hate when they show the price in US currency even though they know where I live and I'm flying across Canada.
Most of the time they find me the best deals.
Got a low fare although it took some time. Still, when you finally get to see the final cost, chosing a seat and paying for a bag really irks me. But that seems to be travel now a days.
