You lie and steal, why can I not make any changes or cancellations? Your bot system goes on an endless loop to avoid addressing the issue and your "travel experts" can't even manage to do even one thing aside delay further. This whole experience has left me feeling like this company is a total scam. I'm having my bank cancel your charge and issue a fraud claim.
Trying to get fixed AGAIN gave a good review before I knew about this next prob... Booking is COMPLETELY BACKWARDS has us leaving on the day we are returning

The final, of 4 people I spoke with, was very nice and could actually help me, with about 25% of the price as the others..
I booked a one way ticket to SF with One Travel and ended up paying more than if I had booked directly with the airlines, but I accepted that because it was my fault for my not checking more thoroughly. The part that infuriated me is that when I went to check in I was charged for my bag which is free with my credit card. One Travel did not use my credit card and therefore I had to pay AN ADDITIONAL $25.00. When I tried to call them, I got put on hold until finally they disconnected me. I wrote them and email and I'm still waiting to hear back. I've booked United flights with other websites before and this has not happened. In the future, I will make every effort to book directly with the airlines.
I have never had a booking problem as described by others on this site, but I do object to being charged $31.50 per flight for seat selection. Customer service tells me that this is an airline charge, and this is not true. The first time I booked with One then called Air Canada who gave me seat assignments without charge. The second time I stopped the process, and went directly to United. A cheerful rep booked my flights, and gave my seat assignments without charge. And ten bucks less for ticket.
One travel did finally refund our money. We're even. Its all good

I will never use One Travel AGAIN! I book a flight and hotel combo and had issues paying, my card keep getting declined, even when I tried to go through Paypal. My bank flagged the site for possibly being fraud activity ( was sent an email). Never had this issue with Expedia. Had to call bank. Thought the reservation issue was resolved but only the flight was paid not the hotel too. YET they sent me a itinerary making it all seem resolved. Only to get an email the next days saying my hotel reservation had been canceled due to declined payment AGAIN! I scrambled called and paid using the same card with an operator... My first time experience was aggravating, not good and I do not plan to use site again.
Their travel guarantee is BS. Found a cheaper flight in minutes and emailed and called them. Never got the money back. Also apparently picking seats is an extra charge. Complete BS.
Chat bot is very limited and doesn't give information needed.
I was charged a "seating" fee but wasn't warned about it at any point in the interface of the page. Customer support number takes forever for a rep to answer.

After faking my booking and taking my money they did eventually give back my money.
But the effort, time, and money traveling and preparing to fly with Covid requirements as well, also the letdown to my whole family not being able to fly can never be re-inbursed.
The flow-on letdown has now left my wife and daughter stranded in another country while I had to borrow money to fly home to Australia to work and find more money to help continue our journey back home. Why take my money if the tickets weren't really validated? It took them 4 days to take the money out after the plane flew.
I hounded them for a full 3 days asking their stupid computer where are my tickets before the plane flew.
I eventually found a hidden phone number so I called it and the message was it was closed... after hours 2 pm est.
Do they know planes fly 24/7... My advice is to book direct Not with This Flight agent, which I did by mistake. OneTravel 2/10...

I have used One Travel for the last few months to purchase flights and to rent a vehicle. Unfortunately my experience has not been the best because I was not able to receive a full refund for a vehicle that I could not get. After canceling that reservation ahead of time, I was informed that I would not get a refund because of the insurance that was on the car. I was very disappointed to hear that seeing the fact that I was not able to get the vehicle for the event I needed it for. As of today, which is 3 months later, and after speaking with several managers about the situation, I was told I would receive full credit. However, I am still waiting and have not received any follow up calls or communication regarding it. I have decided to give up kn it because obviously, it's a lack of integrity on One Travels part of which I am exhausted from calling and playing the waiting game.

I don't like the hidden charges after booking. Though I have register for my flight I am still waiting for my boarding pass? What's up with you guys. Very difficult for seniors to navigate.
Boarding passes are obtained on the airline website 24 hours before departure. Have you gone there? If you need any futher information let us know.

Don't be soo quick to buy from them. It is so deceiving. We thought we had a good but it end up paying an additional $600 at the two airports.

Our 3rd party site, student university, told us that they emailed us a "potential cancellation" in June for our trip on July 13th. We had NO ISSUE flying in to Paris, but we were blamed for the issue that didn't reach our email. No one told us there was any issue at OHare, our original departure city. Bottom line we were blindsided with ZERO warning from anyone other than when it came time to board.

Worst phone system that I have had the displeasure to deal with.
Family and I booked a flight, car rental, and hotel. I looked around for some different deals and decided to change the hotel reservation. I waited on hold for 35 minutes for the representative to tell me that I had the wrong department and attempted to transfer me to the correct one. 30 minutes later I gave up and tried another 888 number they had listed. About 15 to 20 minutes into waiting on hold again, I gave up and decided to email the company instead.
The next day I called back (still had not received an email from a representative, only the automatic message) and we were able to get that issue out of the way. I decided that it was far easier to cancel the hotel reservation all together and go to another site for this. Yay! Only an hour and a half gone for my life!
We had another issue with the car rental. For some reason it had listed the incorrect person as the driver. At first I attempted to go through the car rental company but they were not able to assist. So, begrudgingly, I asked my husband to handle it.
After calling and only being on hold for 25 minutes the representative hung up on him. He attempted to use the chat but it said that a representative would not be available for 16 more minutes. He waited and called yet another number, this time that responded, "Thank you for calling Cheapo Air..." Awesome. 20 minutes later we were finally helped by a wonderful young man!
I still have not received a reply via email, even though on the phone recording it says,"... a representative will respond within a few hours..."
All and all, we will not be using this service again. Once we actually got a hold of a representative that did not hang up on us, it was fine.
But please, be warned.
Ever since I booked the first flight which you canceled a few days later, I've been on the computer and my phone so much that this is very ridiculous. My son's flight isn't until December 20th, but because of this experience the whole family is on the edge of our seats wondering what will go wrong next. And the only explanation we got was that it was a Covid 19 issue! And then re-booked the same flight!?
Thought is might be a better option than CheapOair.

Your CSC named Fritz is rude / anxious, should not be working in hospitality business... I had a issue with my credit card and it was partially declined. Had to got several times to run the credit card again for a small amount hence my bank shows that the charges were approved...
