Joe, Thank you so much for your expertise in helping me with the issue on my computer. By going with Mazilla, it has made it a lot easier to manage my e-mails. The problems I had with the other Techs could have been handled a lot easier if they would have mentioned to get rid of Outlook and just deal with Mazilla. You brought that to my attention, therefore making me realize that it was better to get rid of Outlook all together. Thanks again for you help. Frank Thomas
I filed a dispute for no service with my credit card company. Their process is not to contact the vendor but to contact the bank that vendor used. Two months are allowed for the vendor's bank's response. No reply was received so my entire purchase was refunded. In the interim I had contacted another tech company and was told that Omni had gone out of business.

Knowledgeable technicians, courteous, and reliable. OmniTech Support is a bit pricey but good insurance against unforeseen computer problems down the road.
Only minor complaint-- it takes a very long time at the beginning for technician to check the records and begin analyzing the problem. Plan on staying on-line for an hour or two.
Bought the tech support. Because it supports 3 computers had them fix my old desktop that had a virus. My boyfriend's computer had a problem and they helped him fix it. Working great and his virus is gone. Kept the support for the third one for my new laptop when needed.
Boyfriend took his computer to office depot, said they could not fix it. Sold him a new one, Paid someone else to fix it. Still not working. Called Omnitech and got connected to Anthony and it is fixed. Best investment ever.
My laptop was picked up from my house, taken to their corporate office, fixed and return like brand new. I love these guys

I had an appointment with a T5 technician whom not only knew his stuff but was also patient enough to teach me what I did not understand. I as able to get my password reset, printer fixed, and emails deleted and sorted. Great work.
I had some scammers get into my p. P. and they planted a Trojan. I was able to get a hold of Frank v. and after several hours he was able to clean my files, get rid of that trojan and now I am back up to speed. Thank your very much Frank as I'm sure you saved my computer and saved me several hundred $ $. I really appreciate the hard work that it took to finish the work.

I am so glad for your company. You have helped me emmensly with my PC. Your techs have re-educated about things I've forgotten & taught me new tricks as they say. I'm not that old yet... lol But Joe was great, all of your techs are well versed & "do not" talk down to you. I have been using Omnitech Support for 4 years. They are the technical support for Microsoft. I have found them very efficient, knowledgeable, patient and understanding of the problem. I have never - ever - had a bad experience, nor have they not been able to solve any of my problems. Some people think they are a scam company - wrong - all you have to do is call Microsoft and you will be directed to Omnitech. For the problems I have had solved, it is well worth the money.
When I retired from the corporate world, I no longer had access to the tech support team for my computer(s). Omnitech Support was a great find, since they are always available to assist me when I have a concern, issue, or just to answer a question regarding something technical. I also like the fact that they are regularly scanning my computer to keep my information safe.
I had a horrible experience... with the indian techs. The only reason im leaving this good review is because anthony deserves it for his dedication and hard work in resolving my issues. Cheers to him. Great work.

I was having some trouble installing some programs on my computer. I kept getting an error message. I called them and they not only installed them for me, but showed me what they did just in case it happened again. And offered a few suggestions to better the laptop. I really appreciated Anthony's help
During the two-day period I spoke with a few or more technicians and was impressed by each one of them. I am amazed with their depth of knowledge as they moved around my computer at seemingly lightning speed. All issues were resolved.
This has already paid for itself since I got my new computer. You can literally call them everyday if you want and thats what i do until my issues are fixed lol! Tony
Joe has been a God send to me. No know nothing about computers. He was patient and most helpful.
My home computer anti-virus was disabled by malware and I ended up with over 1500 viruses. Anthony saved my computer and the one year support plan has been great. I've been able to have tech support remote in to my computer from home to load additional software so I don't have to pack up everything and take it in to the nearest Best Buy store. Really convenient.
My computer would not update and anthony did not give up until it was fixed. I am not sure what caused the problem however.
Every time my computer was shut off it wouldn't boot without some drastic measures being taken. Anthony was able to fix my issue and everything seems to be working again.
These folks were able to save my computer after a hacker messed it up. Didn't have to re format or lose any data. Thanks guys CliffA222
