I ordered a size larger and you send me a size smaller. I were a size 13 in women how can I were a size 10 in men?

I usually wear a 7 1/2, I ordered an 8 and they are still tight, hopefully they will stretch out so I don't have to wear bandaids on my toes

Ordering was easy, shipping took quite awhile, shoe looks like online, just over filled with cushion so my foot doesn't fit.

Ordering was quick. Although the offers after paying for product should have been given during purchase.

Took too long to receive. Did not tell you when ordering they were coming from overseas. Shoes ran smaller in size.
