I ordered a pair of Omega Walk shoes. The first pair was to small. Omega Walk agreed to send me another pair for $12. I agreed but made it clear that if the shoes stretch after wearing them the I would need a size 6. Your chart makes it difficult to choose the right size when the chart shows two sizes for the length of my foot. Again I reordered the the same shoe and now they are too big.
You should know before ordering here that if your package is stolen, this company will charge YOU a hefty redelivery fee. I don't blame them for my package being stolen, but if I had money to throw away, I would have bought more expensive sneakers in the first place. Now I'm out my money, I still don't have new sneakers, and I have to decide if I want to throw more money at this problem. Bad policy for a non-brick-and-mortar business. Be forewarned.
Overall a great experience, I paid $130 for my last set of work shoes and they didn't even last a year let alone give my feet any relief like my OmegaWalks do!
