They have always taken care of the customer. I had shoes before that didn't fit, and they replaced them.
I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and received one free. PLEASE be aware of this company. January 2025. The shoes does not have no sizes in the flap. But one pair had size but not the size I ordered. On the site it has sizes in USA. I ordered size 12 which is a 44 in Europe. The flap of the one pair says 44 and USA size 9. I. My foot cannot fit in the shoe at all and I took it to a Nike ship and they confirmed a size 9. I have been trying to get my money back for about a week and a return slip. I sent them pictures of the shoes and the flap that has the 44 and USA 9 on the flap. The company told me to look at just the 44. This is true and going on right now. 01/17/2025. To get a sale I have the proof that they will put the wrong information on the shoe to get a sale and keep your money. My friend is a size 9 and fit these shoes. Be AWARE of this company. It is happening right now.

It was easy purchasing the product and the quality is good but it is a bit tight and I don't know how to returning to get a bigger size. Other wise it was a good experience
Easy to search online but takes a while to ship to your house.
Long delivery as it actually is shipped from China. Item runs small. Don't even want to try and deal with a return since it's not a USA location.
In the past 5 years I've purchased exclusively from Omega. Beautiful shoe, great addition to any wardrobe.
These shoes are relatively good, a bit pricey. Other than wishing it had more support for the feet they are relatively good shoes.

I ordered 4 pairs because of BOGO. I got them for me and my daughter. One pair fits me fine the other pair are too tight. My daughters didn't fit at all
Very satisfied with my shoes, very soft and comfortable, don't hesitate to buy, the only thing is I purchased another 2 pairs, I did express shipping and take a while to get this one, when I track it it's still in NY for 5 days straight at the same place, don't understand..
