Took an extraordinary time to ship from the time I ordered the product.
I ordered a 9.5, which is bigger than my usual shoe size because I didn't want them to arrive too small. Lo and behold, they arrive and they're shockingly tight, like I could barely squeeze my feet into these things, there's no way they'd be comfortable to wear for more than two minutes! Plus the shoes themselves feel cheap, the soles feel like they're made of foam or something and the laces are really short. If that was it, I wouldn't be as upset, I'd just return them for a size 10 instead, but the biggest problem is that you can't just return them! Every other online store I've ever seen has an option to enter in an order number and initiate a return if needed, but for this store they just provide a customer service email address that you need to contact. I'm still waiting for a response back for my email request. I'm very unhappy with my experience and would not order from this place again.
Ordered diabetic slippers that worked great. Found them to be comfortable and adjustable for swelling feet. I really like the lesvago brand of shoes.
