Placed an order for a dozen R458-ASST at 1.75 magnification. Never received confirmation email. Order arrived with:
2 X 1.25
2 X 1.50
2 X 1.75
2 X 2.00
1 X 2.25
1 X 2.50
1 X 2.75
1 X 3.00
And no packing or order slip

Sent inquiry via "contact us" a few days ago, no response.

*If* the assorted order was meant to have assorted magnifications, why wasn't that specified in the description? Why would you need to choose a magnification period?

I was not very happy with this purchase. When I received it It was supposed to be a variety of sunglasses. 8 out of 12 are all the same and it just did not appear to be the product that was described. Not happy at all

Item that came with order was wrong color. Email them for return and get correct color. 1 st email no response after 3 day I called and was put on hold for the longest time. I hung up. 2nd email sent after 2 days a response sent asking what was wrong. I sent pictures and item number. 3 days now and no reply back. Never shopping here again. Below is a picture of what I got. Supposed to be green. But got blue green.

I'm a first-time customer and I thought I was to get like a 5% off or some like that I've been on your website for days trying to figure out what if you guys were a good fit I did order ..the order process was easy so that was good...give it three stars because I thought maybe that I don't know that you would do something for you first time customers but other than that I'll probably see you again have a good day.... OK also when I received my glasses it was supposed to have three of each color or two of each color ...all when I got the package I got like five of one color one of one color and 5 of another color so I had to deal with it ....but it was not good because I needed those other colors....I kind of feel screwed but I don't know maybe I'll order again or maybe or not this is only strike one have a good day

Your shipping cost feels excessive and a misrepresentation of the real cost! Must you really need to increase your profit through bogus shipping charges? What about "if it fits, it ships"? I'm sure a dozen sunglasses can fit nicely into one of these packages at more than 50% less than your lowest shipping charge. At some point however, you just give up "fighting city hall".

The color of the frame is not mentioned in the description causing confusion upon purchase. This will be the 2nd time I return an item due to lack of proper description. I would like to speak to a manager about returning an order without paying shipping cost again.

Shipping should not be this high. I pay less for 15-20 pound boxes of clothing with UPS regularly. Upon receipt the weight stated 7 pounds the package was not 7 pounds. We were charged $30 to ship a guesstimated 7 pounds. This feels like a rip off and most unfair. The most expensive sunglasses quality was subpar as well. The cheaper ones look better. This is confusing and unsettling. I will be continuing with my other sunglass vendors in the future.

Tried to pay with PayPal twice. PayPal would not accept the site. Shopping cart was empty both times when I got back to the site.

Quality of sunglasses are almost same as the other website.
You can find the same product from other online wholesale.
Sometimes, some models are little more expensive than other wholesale, i do not recommend this wholesale.
Cutomer service is horrible.
I am a retail business owner, and I've been a customer from this website since May 2014. From recent order. I found out 1pair of sunglasses has been scratched already. It happens from other wholesales too, so I understand this kind of situation. I just needed to return it with shipping label.
I sent an email then explained about this problem.

Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately we don't offer return labels for defective items, as stated in our policy. You may return defective pair of sunglasses within 30 days of receipt and a credit will be issued however we don't cover or reimburse shipping charges.

Is this some kind of a joke?
Shipping cost is about $6 if you have to send a dozen of sunglasses. Who is gonna return it? 1 pair of sunglasses has been damaged which is $2.25 each.
The other wholesaler cover the shipping charge and accept return since the order has been arrived with defective pair of sunglasses. Cutomer has no reason to take the loss of shipping charge, it's not customer's fault.
