S&H seems a bit pricey. Guess we will see if the order shows up in a timely fashion and good condition...
Was told order was sent back and a refund would not be an option IF the order ever did "show up". After I made purchases elsewhere to replace missing items,order showed up. I won't be ordering again. High risk, high expense, awful service for novelty quality items.
I have been doing business with OE for a long time now and although I often receive boxes that have defected items, I usually just junk them but this time I received a box of Manhattan shades and more than 1/4th of the lenses were damaged. I have not reported this yet as I have not had time to call OE but I will do it within the next 24 hours. Hopefully I can get a smooth and swift resolution to my issue.
