Its apparent that Old National Bank was grossly unprepared for this merger. Most of the clientele at the Homewood branch is elderly. I have seen dozens of bank mergers and never have I seen the ball dropped like this. One hour wait times on the phone and in the branch. I am unable to use online banking or Zelle. I have made a complaint to the FDIC and to the BBB. I will be closing my 8 accounts as soon as possible.
