I ordered some shorts and pants and the sizing and quality was poor. I reached out to return it all and weeks later got a response to send order number and my email, which I had done and did again. A week later I followed up and saw that they dont want follow ups which would result in being moved to bottom. Another response from a different fake rep said to photograph each size label so they could confirm i received the right sizes. I responded that regardless of the size on label nothing fit snd such poor quality Id never wear. No responnse!

Took an order even though they new the item was not in stock - then refused to communicate regarding a refund when I asked - eventually said a refund would be made in up to 15 days at the latest … it's been 42 days now!
They keep saying they are "working on it" or "it's with our finance department" obviously they can make a refund straight away they are just trying to steal this money

This company is one of the worst I've dealt with. Quality is extremely poor. The advertised return address is a lie. They refuse to offer a refund unless you ship the product back to Poland? Which costs more than the actual item. When requesting a refund the first refuse and tell you to gift it to someone as a present instead! Would never recommend them again! Buy from them if you want to throw your money in the bin.

I am in the middle of a frustrating experience with Old Money's customer service. After a week of going back and forth, they finally provided the return address I needed. I understand that I'm responsible for paying return shipping, but I was shocked when they told me to send the item back to Poland, even though their return policy lists a US return address. This is beyond unreasonable.

The shoes I ordered were narrow, the quality was just mediocre, and to make matters worse, they were shipped in a bag—no box. Definitely not what I would expect when receiving so-called high-quality shoes. This experience was disappointing from start to finish. Stay away from this store; their customer service is unacceptable, and the products don't live up to the "old money" name.

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from this company. Shoes arrived very late, are of poor quality and did not fit. Emailed the company to return. Received email back saying they would refund 30% and I could keep shoes. Refused offer as shoes no good. They then upped their offer to 50% and I still refused. They then send return details for a refund. However, as the email back and forth process had taken more than 14 days and I had sent the shoes back they said I was outside their policy - Goodbye! Totally fraudulent as they deliberately caused the delays in sending the return details! Anyway with credit card company now.

Terrible Customer Service and Refund Policy

I purchased two pairs of Old Money Suede Loafers and immediately faced issues. The shoes were too small, even though I ordered my usual size. I reached out to customer service within two days of receiving my order to initiate a return, fully expecting a smooth process based on their stated 14-day return policy.

To my dismay, the company offered a series of inadequate resolutions instead of honoring their refund policy. Despite providing all the requested details and photos, I was only offered partial refunds or replacement shoes, which I did not want.

The customer service agents, though polite, were unhelpful and consistently ignored my request for a full refund. Their refusal to process my return as per their own policy is not just disappointing but also a breach of consumer trust.

I ended up spending a lot of time and effort trying to resolve this issue, but to no avail. The experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel deceived by Old Money's misleading return policy. I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable products and customer service. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and money.
