False Advertising, Terrible Quality, and Deceptive Return Policy I had a terrible experience with Old Money. I ordered what was advertised as a pair of suede shoes — but what I received was a cheap, junky pair made from man-made materials. Definitely not suede. On top of that, I only ordered one pair, but they sent me two of the exact same shoes in the same size. Their website claims they offer "easy returns" and even lists a return address in California. But when I contacted customer service, they told me that the California address is "not active" and insisted I send the shoes back to Poland — at my own expense. This includes international shipping and possible customs fees, which makes returning the shoes incredibly expensive and impractical. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they offered me a small discount to just keep the shoes — essentially trying to pressure me into paying for items I didn't order and didn't want. This company is misleading customers with false advertising and a deceptive return policy. Avoid them at all costs
Company claims in description suede loafer. They are man made material. They claim they have easy returns at a California address listed and then I emailed them. They told me that California address is an active at the moment and I would have to send it to Poland at my cost.
