I had an account in multiple exchanges. But when comes to community, I rather stay in OKEx. OKEx community has great support and strong relation. We share good tips, TA, awareness, Guidance and practically all. The community members do give a lot of thinking and brilliant move when we need an opinion. But always remember to DYOR before any action. Besides that, the community has many activities or campaign which I can say every week they have it now. Kudos to the admin. I can earn many rebate card to decrease my amount of trading. So my personal experience in OKEx rather comfortable and safe with responsible members in the community as you always get serious and reasonable opinion for own consideration.

I was cool with it at first but later experienced a very bad case with one of the buyers which wasn"t really cool, he had my coin on hold claiming he paid for soo long I tried explaining that happened several times with different people I had a to stop for a while but fr you guys have to work on that…
I rated you with 4* because you deserve it but I really frustrated and revoked with your customer care or services. For now at least 4-6 months I have an issue of deposit ( untradable crypto) but unfortunately till date the matter couldn't solved, this thing really touched me and makes me so angry. I even felt like I have to stop using your services but I have good hope on you based on transparency and sincerity over your customers.
FIXED (OKX sent the money back) Buyer sent fiat from legal entity, not from personal account. Bank blocked it (I video and photo proofed in OKX chat) and sent it back.
Ignoring proofs and OKX sent my crypto to buyer.

Took money from me for a transaction I made over 2 months ago but still haven't given me the crypto, with communication from them stating that they had issues during this time and that they are working on a fix. Just chased up on this and they are trying to tell me to attempt the transaction again haha. Honestly laughable, doubt I'll get my £35,000 back, customer service is non existent. Ayrlp. CO m seized control of the situation and tracked the transaction to my account.

I reached out to a tech savvy friend of mine who recommended a cryptocurrency solicitor B A K T R A I L, he claimed their team could help and after he helped me file a formal complaint for my mum, with due diligence and expertise, a full refund was later reflected back to her account and right now she is free of the debts she incurred
Absolute criminal enterprise that is about to be sued and go bankrupt. They change withdrawal policies overnight, without notice to customers. Utter total disregard; spitting in users' faces. They claim I sent funds to an address, 21mins before the address was created? As I can't explain time travel, their response is to close the ticket and it's up to me to explain how their internal systems work, time zones, or something else beyond my technical skill level. Instead of trying to do "customer support" and figuring this out... They're setup not to think and if it means they keep your funds, no problem to them...

Easier for me to trade and arrange my transaction modes for perpetual swap contracts. The great thing is i don't have to transfer my assets across different accounts, 1 move and all settle with my orders placed
