I've been looking for white lampshades for my table lamps for awhile, but the prices and lack of selection put me off. That is until I came across your website and found these beautiful scalloped lampshades. The price was great and I'm very pleased with the way they look.

Easy to check out, I love that I was sent shipping updates. In a world where Amazon has set expectations at 1 or 2 days it is nice to get updates on the status. Nowadays I feel like after a couple days if I haven't received my order there is a problem in the supply chain somewhere. The shipping updates kept me informed of the status of my order and I love being kept informed. The product arrived well packaged and was super easy to install. I will be coming back for more of from you company as I continue to retrofit my outdated condo.

Unfortunately the product description on the website was not accurate and we had to return everything. I think Ohbulbs need to specify better on the description if the light needs a ballast or not, was a big headache for us receive the lights and only after that see that was not what we were need it. We had to pay the return shipping and was the double of we paid to receive them, besides that Ohbulbs doesn't refund the shipping cost, so resuming we lost almost $60 only in shipping costs. Also when we received one of the lights came broken and on the same day I sent an email telling about that and even though Ohbulbs didn't refund the money for this light. Anyways, it's ok, I don't want to fight because of 1 light. Thank you!
