The description of the item was not very good. It Was the wrong size and the product is not fit. With the crazy times I have not had a chance to return it yet.

Quick and fuss free transaction. Items arrived securely within 10 days. Shipping should be free/cheaper though. 50% of what the items cost me is too much for shipping imo

Fairly friendly site. Pricing a bit steep; not obscene. Likewise, shipping (additional 1/3 of the product price).

I give my overall experience a B.

After I made my purchase I never received any notification of when It would ship or expected arrival date. I would check my email frequently for updates or tracking info. Out of the blue the bulb showed up at my door. I wish there was better communication from the company. I don't think I would buy from again due to the lack of communication about when items will ship, have shipped, and was not given tracking.
