I ordered 6 glass shades one arrived broken. Customer service was very responsive and shipped a new one out right away. I'm very pleased w my purchase ;)) )

I broke one of the globes on my mid-century modern pendant light, and was worried I wouldn't be able to find a replacement, and that if I did, it wouldn't match. I am so glad I found ohbulbs.com! Their globe matched perfectly, and now I have a spare. Thank you for the great work ohbulbs!
