Service has been very good. Unfortunately I was unable to use the glass shades for the intended use. The upper lip was thicker than the original piece so the fitter would not sufficiently attach to the threaded fitting. Customer Service indicated I could return and sent an RMA. Also, of the six shades, two were broken in transit. The outer box had been slightly crushed, breaking two of the outer most shades. I will Be returning the remaining four shades and have notified Customer Service about the breakage. Given recent travel restrictions,I have not yet made a trip to FedEx to repackage / mail the return.

Product took longer than usual to arrive. In three packages. One package was later and had concealed damage. Ohbulbs has offered to replace. Replacement not received yet. Customer service has been stellar and helpful.
