The price from ohbulbs.com was significantly lower than what I found elsewhere for similar products (not sure if the brand was the same). I selected a lampshade in white. As it turned out, it was not available but instead of just canceling the order, I received an email from ohbulbs customer service noting that it was available in cream and included a link to the product on their website. I've never had an online store point out a potential alternative, and they made it so easy! Since cream was my second choice anyway, I bought it; the price was even lower than the white. Shipping was quick and the shade quality is good. Also really like that ohbulbs sent a follow-up email after delivery to make sure I received the shade. All and all great service.
