As many reviews stated skeptical about device becoming unlocked, since I spent over 100 hrs on the phone with Xfinity to get them to unlock my Motorola Ace one 5. Three years later I seen this app service and thought I why not. Please read the app tabs print to be aware of service & unlocking code fees ( from carrier). The great news is the staff was communicative assuring to wait the suggested time to unlock divice. So I did and they held true to their service word. Thank you, we are using the phone with a new carrier.

This is a scam. Please don't waste your time or money by visiting this site. Nowhere on their advertising page does it mention that you will be charged an additional $50.00 to complete the service. When I asked for a refund, they hit me with some nonsense about agreeing to the terms on the checkout page. I am extremely disappointed at this slick way of tricking people into spending some initial money upfront while charging you an additional fee to complete the full service.

I had ordered unlocking service in july 2019 & till jan 2020 nothing yet.
It was suppose to be 30-45 days process.
Initial 20pounds & later 40 pounds to confirm & finish processing the order.
"Nochex" does not help after staying in touch with them via several emails & at last they said nothing can be done from their side.
They keep saying please wait.
Can somebody take some serious action against this website & shut them down please

The website was very easy to navigate and very fast. I was able to unlock my 11 max pro with at&t for under $400. Which with AT&T it would of been higher.In 1-3 days (because I did it on a weekend) my phone was unlocked and ready for me to use I've actually recently told friends about Direct unlock and 2 are already using them as well. I recommend 10/10🙂

Before making payment, I read reviews from customers and all of them gave very positive reviews which reduced my suspicion about this service. To unlock the phone, five days were asked. Interesting thing is, it is easy to track. It took six days for fixing because it seemed to be complicated. However they acknowledged for delay. I am so happy because I am enjoying network from different countries.

Stay away from these rubbers! They cheat and do Nothing!
I have ordered Activation lock to be removed and paid initially 20 usd after that they ask another 40 usd and they did nothing. Instead they lie that give voucher (you don't receive any copy of it) and they run. This is FAKE site! Be Aware!

I bought a iwatch that had activation locked payed $39. Now they want $49 more for there premium service. This is a total scam. I just contacted the apple support system and you get that for free. Everyone that states 5 stars are scammers too

I was skeptical at best when I found Direct Unlocks via a Google search, my bank even flagged the purchase as suspicious... But I took the risk anyway, and could not be happier! Took a few days to get my schedule to align with the technician from India, but once connected it took him less than 10 minutes to get my Verizon phone unlocked and working on the Total Wireless Sim. Was a little pricey for the live technician service, but still saved me from having to buy the same phone from Total for $499...

They told me to send money. Yes I did send them the amount they said. Then they started making some stories up and ended up making me send another chunk of money. After the second transfer, they disappeared. Asking for refunding, no reply.

Ordered unlocking service in 2th July 2019 now is 15th November 2019 works not finished!

- First payment was on 17.99 Pounds 1 Jul
- Second payment was 30.00 pounds on 2 Jul
- officialiphoneunlock.co.uk told me that they will unlock my phone within 7-10 business days.
- In total, I was paid 187.99 pounds!

But still no any news from this company, my phone still locked!
On email does not answer, Ignored completely!

I think it is a scam site!

And yes, here is their another other website doctorunlock.net

First they get you to pay 20£ and promise that they will unlock your phone, then then come back and tell you that they need more money (40£), then they come and tell you that your phone cannot be unlocked, but that you can't have your money back.
They gave me a voucher that I can only spend with them, which is basically useless, because their services are useless!

Stay away!

The website is vague abd full of hidden fees. They won't allow you to pay with credit and make you pay with debit so that it's harder to get your money back from your bank. 100% scam, fraud and extortion. The average unlock, from them, is over $200. They made me pay $28.99, $50, then tried to make me pay $193. It's not worth it.

This company is the biggest scam ignore all them fake reviews you'll wait 7 days to get a letter saying they can't unlock it and you'll only get $80 in credit they won't even give you a refund after lying about their services not to mention they charge you $30 then $50 after you pay the $30 so if you decide to cancel you just got scammed out of $30 this company should be shut down and every single employee should be sued down to their last penny.

So I was looking to unlock my iPhone 5 from vodaphone to O2 and came across this website via Google. I paid the initial deposit of 19.99 but there will be another payment to be made a few days later, my was another 29.99. My phone did become unlocked eventually but please be patient, it states on the website it can take up to three days but mine was just over 3 weeks. I did google the website and started having doubts whether this website was a scam but I can definetly confirm this is not a scam. My phone is working fine, and they do keep you constantly updated with emails. A job well done, thank you
