Office Depot

This morning I visited the Office Depot located on 6211 N Kings Hwy, Alexandria, VA and as soon as I walked into the store, I was warmly greeted by Mr. Derek T. He was very pleasant and made me feel welcome at the store. There was another employee - Amy - who helped me with an online order for boxes which my husband never picked up. Amy took her time to find the online order in her system to make sure they were indeed cancel so that I can eventually get reimbursed. Both Derek and Amy were very helpful. Thank you for your service.

I've been a shopper here for quite some time, but my last visit caused a bit of an issue. However, the employee and manager went above and beyond their duties to help me out. Considering what jerks most people are lately, it was very refreshing to have employees care about their responsibilities and their customers. Thanks Jesse and Kim!

The staff at the Tigard Sequoia Office Depot are absolutely the most helpful and knowledgeable! I had an issue with one of their office chairs I purchased and they were able to think outside of the box and solve my problem! I take my hat off to them for a job well done!

Under a time crunch and emotional duress, I was forced to create and order funeral programs for my father's funeral, the night before his service. The website stated 'ready by 7pm the next day' but I needed them by noon. I also needed them folded and another product of memory cards trimmed to same size (there were 2 per sheet). I had to just trust it would be done well, as there would be no time to re-do. The next morning I called the store at 10 am and print desk said she had them printed and ready to go. Upon pick up, it was clear she had taken time to do everything I needed (even though I had not specified as much in the online order notes). She had folded the programs and not just trimmed the cards, but trimmed them to all be the same size so they looked nice in a stack. It might have been normal operating procedure for them, I don't know, but her act of having them done first thing and making sure they were printed correctly, folded as needed, and trimmed to size, was the last thing I experienced before preparing and attending my father's funeral service. This REALLY did make a big difference and I will be letting her bosses at the store know.

There is no better shop for your office needs for sure! Checked. I always use them a few times each month.

I started me plumbing business 3 years ago and on a whim swung in to get some cheap and easy business cards. Ended up ordering custom designed cards also and have reordered twice more. One of my orders had a typo and they re did the whole order at no charge and was quick about it. Also some invoices had some smudges on the printing and they re ordered them and let me keep the bad ones! Great service.

They are so kind and helpful! I went through the store without a buggy and an employee brought me one so I wasn't struggling. That meant a lot!

I took a certificate into the store to have it trimmed down to fit an 8x10 frame. The manager waited on me and informed me that Office Depot sold 81/2 by 11 frames, and that I wouldn't need to have the certificate trimmed, retaining its beautiful border. I really appreciate his willingness to provide the best advice to avoid defacing my certificate... KEEP UP the good work! Thanks---Barbara

Very impressed with this department. The personnel were knowledgeable and eager to help. Quality of print job was great. I had two posters made in color, laminated and mounted. Whole job done in one day.

Yesterday I bought a new printer from the Boardman Store. From walking in the door to purchase the service was absolutely the best. From the manager, Mark, helping me with my purchase, to the cashier, Monica, checking me out. It was a great experience after going to another store and receiving the worst customer service ever. I will return to this Office Depot in the future.
